Heat fans would suggest fair deals for Lowry, or Lowry+Norm.

Phillies fans: "I wouldn't trade Thybulle unless it's a deal for Lavine or Beal" and don't want to trade Danny Green in a Lowry deal - bunch of Danny Ainges on that board.

I think that Philly wants to keep Thybulle because he helps them match up with BKN. He's been one of the best defenders

I think could do a trade with Brooklyn. Dinwiddie (out for this year for the tank), Nic Claxton (since they have Blake Griffin now) and 1st pick (whenever they can give one up).

Hard pass on Dinwiddie, will want too much $. Claxton is a definite target but I would be surprised if Brooklyn gave him up or even makes moves (other than dumping Dinwiddie).

Use Dinwiddie as draft day asset. Maybe package with a late 1st pick to move up?

I think it is an indication both of the markets and the timelines of the teams. Miami is a destination in free agency and buy-out. Their star player is older. They don't need to be as patient and they can't be as patient as the 76ers.

Herro is a stud. Future all star.

I judge a player by what he can do in the playoffs under intense pressure. Herro dominated in the fourth quarter of last years playoff run, both as a scorer and as a distributor. I think you do anything you can to get this total stud if he's available.

If Miami were to get Kyle, they would have some incredible team leadership with him and Butler. They would have to be the favorites to win the title this year.

Precious is energy off the bench...and dammit...we need that in the worst way possible. I'm not projecting him to be a star (that said...he is younger than Pascal and currently provides the same kind of hustle that Pascal did in his rookie season so...but not to compare them at all...but....) but if you can turn him into one of those hustle guys that can affect the game with some thundering dunks, blocks and grabbing loose balls...this is what we need.

Great news. I like him too. Runs the pick and roll so quickly and can get up there to catch lobs. Moves well with and without the ball and he’s crafty around the rim. Potential for a nice mid range game as well.

Sarah Chan, the Raps scout in Africa, tweeted about Precious last year - maybe just congratulating him for getting drafted. It suggested to me that he was firmly on the Raptors' radar screen. He certainly looked good in our pre-season game against the Heat.

But then again, so did KZ. So does every shooter in the league, now that our defensive scheme doesn't include guarding the three-point line.

Maybe, I mean I can't see Lowry netting two firsts and two prospects, even as a Lowry/Raptors fan. That would be a massive, massive overpay on their part. Not to mention the rotation players they'd need to give up in order to make the deal work.

If a deal with Philly is to be had, I imagine it will be some combination of Green, Curry, Scott, Maxey and the 2021 first.

Whereas with Miami, they don't have any firsts but they can offer young players that have seen NBA minutes and have been productive, which is far more than a crapshoot at the bottom of this draft. Plus, they can take on Powell, which allows us to extract even more assets from them.
