Gradey has one issue. He shoots perfect 3s from the college three point line and can do just inside the 3pt line in the nba. Solve that and you have a starter. But he is only 21 so has plenty of time. 3rd season matters when you get drafted at 21.

People complaining about CMB. Rookie year game 15. He probably doesn't know the fire exits yet.

Yeah his mid range has actually looked good and he's a good ft shooter so it seems like the added distance is where the problem is.They're clearly trying to get him stronger in general but having him bulk up is likely going to lead to inconsistency shooting as well.

Gradey has one issue.

He has defensive issues and this season, he's forgotten how to hit shots above the break. He was successfully hitting them the previous two seasons, so we know he has the range. It isn't an issue of college-vs-NBA 3, I think, it's just the proximity of the defender issue coupled to a shooting slump.

we made some pretty bad draft selections the past few years and its showing now.....Even CMB....Dudes the 9th pick and seems to not be able to get enough mins to stay in the rotation...Maybe he is hurt still and yes you don't expect rookies to blow you away....But at least produce some being the 9th overall pick....

Obviously it's still early, but it's annoying that there were guys picked behind him that appear to be playing better than him. Makes me wonder if we whiffed on this pick.
