Who is that???

Pretty soon she's gonna be screaming SEVENTEEN, SIXTEEN,FIFTEEN,FOURTEEN, THIRTEEN......

A little extreme but I hear ya, it's really annoying cuz the guys have this inner clock and it rushes them even more. What she should however be doing is counting for the other team but 1-2 seconds ahead to mess them up.

I think it's helping them, or at least DeMar. If she's counting out loud they don't have to check the shot clock. And if it bothered DD or anyone else on the team she would have been told to stop years ago.

I also hear her counting how many seconds a defender is standing in the paint. She got to like 8 seconds once with Brook Lopez and the ref didn't do **** about it.

She put in more work than most of our team tbh

I have less confidence in this Game 2 than last year's Game 2. Lots of troubling signs that stem from more than just nerves.

No negative thoughts. Raps have this game. Confident they can steal one in Washington, and get "home court advantage back".

Washington really loaded up in the paint last game and it affected a few key plays we were running including JV post-ups and some of our mid-range shots. I noticed how they used the slower Pierce to use his size to hurt some of Demar's mid range shots and post-ups. I think running Demar off screens will help him to get jumpers, but the worry is if he misses then Washington could get the rebound and feed their fastbreak.

I think they should use JV/Amir to screen up much higher to lengthen the court and allow Lowry or DD to have more speed getting into the lane. I felt like the paint was way to congested and it was likely because the their defenders were packed in too tight.

Washington played a dangerous game allowing us to shoot threes, but I think that is the way to go. We just need Lowry to be himself and we will score. Lou Williams was also getting bumped on drives and not getting calls, but that doesn't mean we give up on trying to get fouled. The Raps need to stay aggressive.

we should stop trying to get fouled and start trying to get the best possible shot.

Money post right here. Absolutely agree. Stop looking for the whistle, and focus more on getting and making good shots first and foremost. Too often, we see a defender reach, and in hopes of getting a whistle, throw some random shot up that has little chance of going in.

That is a great point. I think our guys from Lou to Demar to Lowry are used to getting five foul shots per game, and in the playoffs we should just worry about good ball movement and getting shots in our sweet spots. Demar/Ross are always good off a curl, Patterson on corner threes, and Lowry on pull-up threes mixed with some smart drives and post-ups on Wall. Posting up JV is not the worst idea, but you have to watch the presence of Nene and Gortat. Using Amir to drive from the elbow on Nene or to do a high-low feed to JV make good sense and will get us clean looks in close.

Last year's game 2 scared the **** outta me. If it wasn't for DD going off in the 4th we would've definitely lost. They had us on the ropes. I'm much more confident about this game. Guaranteed win.

I wonder what kind of scenario in this series that would let Casey play James Johnson. Wizards already showed their opening by putting Pierce at the 4 spot. We'll see next game what's his next move. I hope you're not making a blunder here coach!

Why does anyone think the Raptors can still win this series? What do they do well enough that gives them a significant advantage over Washington?
