Bootyhole has good protein in it, it might help you out if you consume more of it.

Julius Randle had an efficient night to help secure my fantasy championship and win the FG% category. Four cats could've gone either way and I had three go in my favor. Fakest win in my fantasy basketball history, like Game 6 of the Bucks series. what a time to be alive. Where do I go from here? Look at it as a positive. If you eat right and follow a proper work out routine, you could get a good body without needing to bulk up like dukes here.

I actually want to get skinny/normal. I've lost 62 pounds. Lose another 50 or so pounds and I'm good.

General rule is to go -500 caloric deficit for cutting fat and +500 caloric surplus for bulking if you're not trying to gain too much fat

Thanks bro, last two months I've just been maintaining the weight. Slacking somewhat, but good news is I'm not gaining weight either so I still consider that as progress.

There’s a s*** ton of carbs in those. Your almost guaranteed to get a spare tire off those shakes whether you work out or not.
