That's the thing. Jimmie (now) and Tobias are at the most DeRozan type of player and are nowhere near to be top players in this league. Good luck to Philly if they sign them to max. I would not take any of them for their going rate next season.

More team bonding. Why not? They have 2 days off till the next game. Just don't do any hard drugs. Good excuse to post a nice wayback playback!

You mean 1 day. Game 2 is on Monday.

I stand corrected. That win left me discombobulated. I even mistook Shawn Mendes for Shawn Desman :oops:

Gasol was great no doubt but its pretty obvious Embiid is injured and his knee is bothering him. He is moving slow out there

ya he's slightly injured but that's no excuse...look at the numbers he put up against the Nets.

Frankly, I don't know how anyone could have watched this game and not be afraid about next game. Embiid already beat his career high against Gasol by 1 point. If this trend continues, he might do better than 66% of his regular season average.

Huge win, loving this defense, 5 games in a row raps holding opponent under 100?

Butler looks neutered in Philly. He’s played big playoff games before but he needs the offence to be ran thru him and let him control the ball. Problem for the 76ers is they have Ben Simmons who’s useless without the basketball so now Philly is forced to use Butler as if he’s Danny Green.

Tobias has never been a star to me, he’s definitely a tier below DeRozan. Tobias has always been a glorified Jeff Green.

Real glad we didn’t trade for Butler. With Kawhi here and Lowry being a legit floor general, he’d struggle with his game the exact same way we all saw today vs the Raptors.

What about DeRozan dawg?!?!

Objectively this should be a 30 point blowout:
- we missed so many bunnies;
- JJ got unearthly hot at one point which is even for his talent way too much;
- our scrubs are not even G league level, they have to prove themselves to be YMCA level.

No, he did the right thing by leaving og out. Onyy mistake he made was acting like fvv is gonna score better. Guy isn't built for the playoffs. Hell have some good games here and there in the regular season because your constantly changing opponents. Against the elite of the elites consistently fans need to start accepting he just won't be very good. I just hope nurse stops over playing him and rides his starters out more but of course much like I hoped with demsr and Casey Last season, we All know that won't happen.

Given how much you duslike Freds lack of size, I would have thought you would appreciate the length and size OG brings to the bench. He'd at least be someone you could throw on opposing wings playing the minutes we currently assign to Meeks of all people.

Where have I mentioned Fred's lack of size and where have I said I dislike his lack of size?

I just want him to score some points and stop dribbling the ball until there's 6-7 seconds left on the clock and having to scramble to save the possession.

I left OG out as he's out with an injury and I highly doubt he's coming back by even the Eastern Conference Finals...

He was responding to me, and his response just goes to show how people fail to understand the context of my arguments. For some reason he felt the need to defend og by using my opinion on fvv. Makes absolutely no sense. I dislike both fvvs and ogs play for different reasons. They have absolutely nothing to do with each other.

Og does not deserve playoff minutes period. He may be better next year, but nothing he's done this season makes him an important piece to winning. We've been so much better without having to force feed him minutes.

I said before the series I am most scared about Reddick, he has Raptor killer written all over him. Thing is, he cant be stopped when he is one, he has an insanely fast release and plays great without the ball. Just have try your best.

I can't help cheer for the spurs after they agreed to give us Kawhi and Danny. I like Derozan. I want him to succeed, but we've seen this story before. I hope he can turn it around in the second half.

Marc Gasol is one of the most smartest big men to ever play the game. And he has old man strength. Guy reminds me of Karl Malone out there. What a pick up this was.
