Matt Devlin said on the broadcast that the refunds will be issued within 30 days. I guess my money will just go into my account.

Very strange you didn't get it. Got the reminder yesterday (30th) that the presale would be today (31st) and then got the email this morning at 10am that it was going live.

Anyone get tickets in the playoff presale? I’m a season seat holder, and didn’t get an email about it. I know some people got the email, not sure what’s going on. Of course my new hire rep doesn’t respond either.

I had 3 reminder emails and a robo call to my home number to confirm I had in fact passed as well as a specific follow up from my rep. You probably should make sure your account information is up to date. First was March 7, the reminder 14, final 17, with deadline 18, robo call confirmed I passed and follow up 23rd after deadline by rep.

You might be SOL although you might be happy. The post championship pricing was a little too rich for me. But I saw all the games during the run so aside from a clinch home finals game, not sure I can see anything better. And if they make it that far, I'll buy an inflated ticket. Haha.

Very strange you didn't get it. Got the reminder yesterday (30th) that the presale would be today (31st) and then got the email this morning at 10am that it was going live.

My presale was on the 30th and I didn’t get the morning email though I had all the reminder emails leading up to it. So I had to call the general Raptors line (because my rep never responded to my emails and calls) and was able to get them to finally email me the link shortly after 2pm.

It was very annoying though bc you had to commit to all rounds including the play-ins and had to do each round separately. Yeah finals ticket pricing was literally insanely through the roof and I take comfort that it’s highly unlikely they’ll make the finals. The pay as confirmed option definitely the way to go. The worse case scenario is for round 1 they lose the first 2 games on the road and lose game 3 at home and then no one wants to go to game 4. I’m just getting additionals for my friends that have supported me throughout the regular season so hopefully they commit to them before a scenario like that happens.

They looked into it and said the issue was I opted out of promotional emails and that ticket offers are promotional. Not sure I buy that as I got my emails about buying my season seats for the playoffs, but I changed my email settings to accept promotional emails and we’ll see what happens.

Same thing happened in the fall with the presales and I contacted them and they said they fixed it. I didn’t have a rep then so it was an anonymous reply. Now I have a rep and he believes that will fix it.

I wasn’t too fussed as I opted into my seats and that’s all I want for the first round, but I wanted to make sure it was fixed in case they ever send something out I’m interested in.
