Temper expectations. He doesn't have a shot and grew up as a guard through high school. He's undersized to play the C position and he's older than Scottie. If he's a quality rotation player, it's a win at 31. No need to hope for more and then become disappointed when the chances are very very slim.

Star potential at 31 in a weak draft...
I mean. There's potential I guess...but like...less than 1% potential.

If we get a guy who can eventually give us 10-15 active minutes and has a BPM of >0 off the bench, I will be thrilled.

Why was Givony listing him as a 6'6" center?

Scottie is 6'7 and he looks to be atleast 6'7"

Some site have him (Mogbo) listed as 6'9" and some have him at 6'6".

Very confusing.

They measure with shoes off remember.

Scottie is 6’8 n half in shoes. Mogbo is most likely 6’8 flat in shoes.

Jumping up 3 inches is pretty drastic.

Even without shoes.

Doesn't make sense to me.

Scottie measured 6'7 without shoes, Mogbo 6'6 without shoes. Scottie a 7'2.75 wingspan, Mogbo a 7'2 wingspan. Barnes might be a touch taller/longer, but functionally they're same.

Wow a team option. Been a while since Masai managed a team option instead of a player option.

Standard 2nd round exception contract. Masai might have fought the league on it but in the end there was nothing he could do.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

I don’t think that means anything. I am more interested in who sat between Nwora and Temple last year because he’s definitely gone.

Bronny signed the second biggest 2nd round deal in NBA history.

Last year 34th overall pick Colby Jones got the most ever (8.8M)

Interesting that we didn't sign him to 4 years like I was expecting.

Return to Toronto Raptors
