I say that too, but about Blake Griffin. I think he's currently the runner up for MVP after Curry.

Blake has been a beast. I said this last week in their game against the Kings but Blake's jumper is automatic now. Dude is near Nowitzkian level with how money his mid-range/top of key jumper is.
Basketball is like poetry in motion, cross the guy to the left, take him back to the right, he's fallin back, then just J right in his face. Then you look at him and say, "What?" - Jesus Shuttlesworth

he's come a long way since his early years of hesitating and clanking any jumper. Same with his free throws. testament to his work ethic, really.

he's always been rather creative off the dribble and with some good passing ability but, if you compare him now to his Oklahoma days, he's a completely different player. Much better athlete, much better ball handler, much better shooter. It's honestly a case study on how to improve your game if you target the right areas. Or even intensely focusing on all areas.

Also, how much could Ben Simmons be like Blake Griffin if he improves his jumper?

this situation in the Clips/Rockets game reminds me of something JVG said:

if one part of a play is reviewable, like in this situation who the ball went off of...shouldn't they be able to review the entire play?

There was a clear goaltend before the out of bounds situation, why are the refs not able to review and change the call after the fact?

Yeah, I don't understand that at all. The refs have a chance to correct a call that they missed in the first place, but they're not allowed to correct it during review? I guess they're afraid that it may go down a slippery slope; how far back can they correct a call? Regardless something needs to give.

How so? Despite missing their top player Rose for most of the past 3 seasons, they've posted 143-103 W-L record and made the 2nd round last season losing to LeBron.

Agreed. On a related note can we throw out the whole need conclusive evidence to overturn a call? Once you go to replay I feel like whatever the original call was should be thrown out the window. Going back to it makes no sense to me.
