We lost double digits to the bucks last year on TNT around this same time with Kawhi. Ppl were terrified of them.

Let's all take a step bk

It was mentioned on the broadcast tonight, and blew my mind. Brook Lopez is the franchise leading scorer for the Nets.

Damn, Ibaka was playing like crap this game. Just an example. Last minute of the second, he leaves his man wide open for back to back 3s, then gets a gift foul from the refs on the other end, and misses both of his free throws. In about 30 seconds. We REALLY need Gasol back. Ibaka was even refusing to shoot his wide open 3s in the first half. Zero BBIQ. If he isn't hitting his shots, we need to bench him. Stone hands all game.

I kept hoping Nurse would go with anyone but Ibaka in the fourth, but sure enough, as soon as Ibaka goes in, a dumb foul, next play he leaves his man wide open for a three.

And the refs were sh*t as well. Especially Josh 'Milwakee' Tibben, and Derrick 'Buck' Collins. Or should I say Derrick "I don't know what an illegal screen is" Collins.

Objectively the Bucks are a much better team: 8 games ahead of us, have beaten us twice easily, and just beat us after a B2B OT game on the road. Giannis didn't have a great game and they still won comfortably. Fortunately at the end of the day this game doesn't mean anything since we aren't catching the Bucks and we can count on them to also beat our rivals.

At this point I just want us to finish 2nd and enter the playoffs healthy. I'll worry about the Bucks if the time comes in May but we shouldn't put any stock to our previous 2 and remaining 2 regular season games against them. Unlike last year, we can't catch them for 1st place, and even if we go 0-2 vs them in April we can still finish 2nd.

By my math, even if we go a mediocre 14-10 the rest of the way we should still be good for 2nd.

No, we traded assets for Kawhi, and then more assets for Gasol, and won the championship. There's nothing gifted about it.

My point was, wait until the Bucks actually do something before talking smack. It looks ridiculous and completely tone deaf that you guys are propping up regular season wins against a team that ran off 4 straight wins against you on route to winning a title about 8 months ago.

Spurs weren't trading him to the west. You got lucky.

Masai makes it look easy. Some call it luck, others call it voodoo. It's a gift. It sucks that ya'll lost Brogdon though. He's just so much better than Bledsoe. Sorry it hurts. We know the feeling all too well.

Ok so I was at the game sitting right by the tunnel and midway through the 3rd quarter Kyle walked over to the trash can beside where Wayne Embry was sitting and threw up! Not sure if this was mentioned on the broadcast or even noticed but he came right back into the game afterwards. This was when he was sitting on 4 points.

Hard to call it a skyline when there's less than 10 buildings and half of them aren't above 10 storeys. Anyway, we've had this debate on this forum before. I can still remember some guy claiming Milwaukee was a better place than Toronto. Not that it matters when it comes to the teams but jeez, if I was from there I'd STFU until my team actually won something and THEN gloat.

Well, that's not hard to understand given that they're one of the least educated cities in the country. They also suffer from sky high poverty rates (including child poverty). But hey, why would they give a ****, right? They've got a good basketball team.

I'm actually confident we can beat this team in the playoffs now.

Had they blew us out like they've done with others on most nights I might have second guess beating them in the post season.

Lowry 2-12
Ibaka 2-15
FVV 5-14

These guys aren't gonna shoot like this every night all at once.
Norman 15/16 ppg a game will be a factor, and Marc elite defense and playmaking will be there as well.. People need to settle down on this one.

I'm sure any GM makes that trade.

Brogdon leaving has meant good minutes for divincenzo. He's a better defender, rebounder, all round athlete. He can handle and pass, just needs to shoot it better. I'm not a bledsoe fan but brogdon isn't the answer, not to mention his health is an issue.

Gasol would make a very big difference for us out there against them.

exactly. gasol would pull out lopez and improve spacing and allow our guards and even siakam to drive.
