For sure you're opinion is more valid than Colangelo's.
What is your current occupation, btw? Is it two-time NBA executive of the year?
Not sure what your point is... do I not have the right to discuss of criticize the Raptors just because I'm not a two-time exec of the year? Do two-time execs of the year not make mistakes? Are people who have two exec of the year awards OR MORE the only ones allowed to post here?
Gimme a break with that garbage kid.

I haven't seen them be too much tougher, if at all, this season to be honest. It just seems like he's regressed to the player he was at the beginning of last season...which means it's not the defense. He's just not playing with any confidence. You can just see how uncomfortable he looks out there.
It looks to me like he has the body language of someone who is not quite sure of himself. I suspect that he begrudgingly accepts that he has to more traditional center type work, but he's not 100% into it yet.

FWIW, I have three NBA Executive of the Year Awards, I'm a five-time Employee of the Month at Arby's, and was the 1998 Rhode Island Miss Congeniality. And I'm under-qualified for the Raps board.

**** your asterisk.

scouting reports?? teams know how to beat him on both ends now. last year he was an afterthought.
And last year he wasnt all that good anyways. I know how everyone likes to mythologize his rookie year but...
Well with last season, you could see the potential in him, especially by the way he played in the 2nd half of the season.
I think a mistake that sam made last season, over and over, was when bargs would come into the game off the bench and hit several jumpers, finish with 10-13 points in the half, and sit until the 4-6 minute mark of the third. A player is going to cool off after that kind of stretch of being on the bench (because there's also halftime).
I pointed it out last season, where his points per first half was probably somewhere around 8-10, and his 2nd half average would be 1-3, mainly because of how sam used him. I think that messed up his development somewhat, though I don't think its the reason why he's playing poorly this season, I'm not sure what it is.
