Reffing was barf. Not 1 heave. Or 2. Or 3. But vomit ad nauseum in the 4th Q. Incessant puke in my face.

Definitely the most impressive thing about that game. They've at least got that kind of effort in them when they need it.

Demar is sorely missed, teams are double teaming Klow in the final minutes in a game like this tonight.

No. Just a straight whistle and it's an 8 point win. Demar flies to San Fran with all the rest.

How many games has Lowry won for us? This guy is the hardest working player I have seen in a Toronto uniform since the days of Clark and Gilmour. We are lucky to have Lowry.

People like you are bitches.

LOL, why are you so emotional?

Demar in the lineup means a tighter leash on Vasquez.

That alone significantly makes our team better. Also DD's Defense has been underrated this season.

I'm saying that when I've gone through our losses and check the stats for Vasquez and Williams, they continuously have poor shooting nights. They need to recognize those nights when they don't have it and make the extra pass. Do a drive and kick. All those shots they take work when they're on. When those guys are cold, they give the other team runs on us AND kill our momentum.

The most glaring thing is that neither WIlliams or Vasquez show up against good competition. It's easy to go 11 of 19 against Denver, but where are those numbers tonight?

Denver is a good team especially at home.

Denver is 13-19, but at home they're 9-8. They're above .500 but it's not like they're dominate at home. But I'm not nitpicking that game b, I'm talking the whole scope. It's the big games (Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Portland...) the teams that are playoff bound more often than not Vasquez and WIlliams are no-shows - and that's scary come playoff time.

Yeah don't worry I agree as well, if they're not producing we're putting too much stress on the starters especially Lowry to carry the offence.

Here's some screens I took. Clear that both were clear-path fouls. Ross is so ahead of Lillard it's not even funny. Ref's hand is not even up to call it until the 2nd panel below, which by then Ross is even MORE ahead.
Batum was half a step ahead of Ross (Ross's foot was on the half court line and Batums was barely over it) so that was clearly a clear path too.

I kinda miss DD..... Thought we played a pretty solid game. They threw a big punch at us with a big run late, and though we should've adjusted to them having all their starters out, we made it a close game but ultimately fell short.

Oh look, we're still first :D

Then she asked whether anyone would speak up. To which I said that you get fined for questioning the refs. She then made a comment about how there's no motivation to improve the refs because the refs don't get penalized for performing poorly.

She doesn't watch basketball often but the state of the Raps, the game and the league was evidenced right there in OT.

So sad.

I stopped watching games with my gf cuz she trolls the **** outta me knowing how much I get into it. "They're going to lose anyway..." She loves to watch me squirm

Lol. I feel for you bruh. This time around, my wife was sympathetic to my frustrations.

What's the point of working hard if it'll be taken away from you.

Don't get me started on that bull too.

He walked away, didn't make a face, didn't say anything, simply batted the air with his hand and he gets tech'd up by the off-side official who didn't make the call, nor was he involved in the play.

What **** was that nonsense?

How on earth is that a technical at any level of basketball.
What was JV supposed to do, grovel and thank the ref?

Seriously guys, stop turning on Lowry like this lol. It's mainly because of him that we're even afloat right now after losing DeRozan. I admit that Lowry could've played better tonight and could've tried to get his teammates involved instead of resorting to hero ball in the 4th, but let's not completely throw the guy under the bus like he's a bum or something. You guys are embarrassing yourselves and the fanbase imo.

yeah, im with kieferli on this one, disappointed with the loss, but nothing to worry about. we were without demar, we need him badly by jan 8 against the hornets. its about time really, :-?

im pretty sure the raptors would have won if dd was playing, raptors need to win 1 of the next 2 games, that's going to be perfect; but again without our all-star, i dont like the chances of it.

bad officiating is part of the NBA, i think Adam Silver has to be address that problem, as too many refs have preferences in terms of teams.

A day ago everyone here was celebrating our great ball movement and offensive prowess. We didn't do anything different today. Lou Will, and Lowry at the end, didn't make shots they were making the last few weeks. If you found no problems with how we ran the last few games, you shouldn't really have a problem with shot selection and style of play tonight.

Nature of the beast folks.
