That's what I'm thinking (maybe just hoping) too. Ideally Philly loses early in the playoffs and then comes back with a stronger offer in the offseason via a S&T.

In conclusion, I kinda liked the Norm for Trent deal. Rookie contract control for a guy who is a better player at 22 than Norm was at this age. We've also trimmed the bench, clarifying roles for Flynn and Watson.

I'm also happy to keep paying Lowry for him to continue being the greatest Raptor of all time for a little longer, and likely one more playoff run.

My only complaint is not having upgraded the 5 spot way earlier, and now, not at all.

Hopefully we can get a guy like Dieng on a buyout.

IF the Raps can get a guy like Dieng on a buyout for the rest of this season, would sure make up for Baynes being absolutely useless.
