Anybody who thinks Barnes isn't ready to play in the NBA just doesn't understand the game and instantly is a casual in my opinion.

His offence isn't ready. He'll step in off the bench as a defender and keep the ball moving as a rookie. That's not a casual take.

i dont have TSn2 but the score board doesn't look good.
Would indicate he isn't great on offense.

I actually blame Barnes for that one. He should know by now not to pass to Gillespie no matter how open or close to the basket he is.

i think most ppl knew, that
myself personally expected someone 4th overall, would had showed more offensive readiness

esp for someone who's perceived ceiling isn't that high

scottie averaged 10 in college, ppl are gonna put ridiculous expectations in his rookie year and then be disappointed that he isnt scoring 15 a game lol

Raps gotta get a superstar someway, somehow. Barnes has potential to be an excellent right hand man but never the face of the franchise. Same goes for FVV and Siakam. Maybe next years draft but my guess is Masai will just draft another Giannis project.

The players who don't have guaranteed contracts should be playing more; to see if they're worth keeping. The one thing I do see is that Banton and Barnes would be more effective with better players around them.
