KC Johnson (who is not included in that google docs file) put his awards out today. His reasoning for having Mobley #1 is that he had a greater impact on a younger team.

I'll forgive him because he did give Siakam an All-NBA nod. I'm starting to believe Siakam is gonna make the All-NBA team. He's been getting more votes than Butler. KC Johnson also gave Fred an All-Defensive nod.
