BC makes up his mind that he WANTS this player, no matter how anyone imagines said player would fit with the team. BC just gets the player even if it's just so they can ride our bench like Belli.

What's the fit? Kleiza is a small forward. Wright is gone. Turk will get two fouls in eight minutes. Turk might get traded, especially with Kleiza around for half the price. You need a small forward. This is a good signing. He will be a tradeable asset at the very least. And if Kevin Garnett tries to bully DeMar DeRozan, you put Kleiza in his face - or his ribs.

He's a 3/4. He's already a bit slow-footed to keep up with faster 3s, he can't reliably guard 2s IMO.

Consistency was his issue. But that may be because he was on a loaded team in Denver.
Not sure how he did last year however.
I like it. But lets see what else BC has up his sleeve before we determine if he "fits" or not.

Denver PLAYED him at 4. only 4 not 3 or 2 read the scouting reports he is not even close to a 3 in the NBA.

I didn't watch him last year much. Seems like a decent energy player who can score in the post and hit from range. He's definitely tougher than anyone we have save Reggie, so that's a step in the right direction.

Would have preferred Outlaw but with the FA market shaping up as it is Outlaw is going to fetch more that the Raps gave Kleiza by a mile. I've always liked Kleiza though... he's a no-nonsense mofo.

He played for Olympiakos, the Euroleague finalist. Was a teammate of Childress.

A 25 year old who can put up 15/6 playing 30 minutes a game and who is tough/gritty for 5 Mill. will work just fine
