take tonight for example, he already started the game off wrong...when u look at bostons roster kg is there best player, u gotta start with kg first and u cant have a guy like gray guard him and totally got kg going and he didn't stop

down the stretch u gotta start possessions as close to basketball as possible, and we have two wings in gay and demar that are way bigger longer and more athletic the vast majority of 2s and 3s in the league and a nice post up big in bargs too...gotta get them going down there and play off that

He needs to learn the difference from offence and defence, especially when you have timeouts left.

you dont need 1 squad in for the last few minutes of the game, you get your best defenders for defence, and the best offensive players for offence, not that hard. smfh at this mans substitutions

I think Casey has shown himself to be a good defensive coach who is in over his head when it comes to managing the rest of the aspects of the game. In addition to his infatuation with Alan Anderson, his offence lacks creativity and his team can never seem to inbound the ball. That is just basketball 101.

I forgot that this was the same guy that decided to play Rasual Butler over James Johnson last year, who also couldnt inbound the ball, I should have seen the signs coming.

There's a coach waiting for his turn again. Forgive him for being a human being and let him coach.

Butch Carter.

I don't even think BC has the green light to fire Casey even if he wants too, i'm sure MLSE loves Casey over BC from what I recall.

LOL, the Celtics announcers were saying "Raptors gonna go for a 2 or 1 here, wait...nevermind, guess they're not".
I have NEVER EVER seen Casey go for a 2 for 1. This idiot coach has costed so many games that it's mind boggling.

He's gone after this season no matter what. If BC is extended the first thing he'll do is fire Casey. If BC is gone, the first thing the new GM will do is fire Casey.

-Refusal to play JV & Ross, this is seriously mind boggling. Unbelievable.
-Infatuation with scrubs. Gray & Anderson.
-Horrid rotations + substitutions. Sits players when they should be playing, rides players for too long when they should be sitting.
-No creativity on offense.
-Role players jacking up shots at inopportune times.
-Atrocious out of bounds/out of timeouts play calls. I've never seen a team this bad.
-Has no feel for the game. He's so stiff and robotic gets frequently out coached with no answers.

I've never been one to care too much about coaches as I believe their impact is overrated but with this guy its up to the point where he is clearly jeopardizing games on a nightly basis. I can't even fathom his refusal to play and develop young guys, especially on a 17-32 team. I cannot get past playing Alan Anderson and Aaron Gray over Ross and JV.

I like the way he seems to keep the team motivated and ready to give effort on a nightly basis but thats about it as far as positives go.

Couldn't agree more! Re-Sign Colangelo and fire Casey! Raps should hire SVG or give the reigns to Micah Nori.

The redeeming quality that Triano had over Casey was at least Triano had good out of timeout plays.

Casey just lets his veterans get away with murder while punishing his younger guys for being too young, its insane.

Its sad to think that Mitchell was better than this guy (and Sam was nothing special).

Casey is abysmal at plays and rotations

He is also ruining the development of our two best assets

Its baffling how he lets Alan Chuckerson get away with his 35 FG% and rewards him with more PT even after Gay arrives. Ross suddenly turns to bench warmer while he was playing well. Chuckerson's "vet" presence includes years of overseas and d-league experience. He acts like hes been in the NBA for years and Casey lets him get away with it. If Ross had pulled some the stuff Chuckerson does like demand the ball in the post while he is struggling and clearly the 5th option on the floor. This guy is a prospect killer.

Its straight sabotage.

Making us win too many games last year with our pick.
Making us lose too many games this year with no pick.

Using end of bench players over talented players we should develop.

Last year. Rasual Butler, Kleiza over James Johnson. Calderon over Bayless. Anybody over Ed Davis.

This year. Gray over Valanciunas, Calderon over Lowry. Fields, Alan Anderson, Pietrus, Kleiza over Ross.

Its unbelievable! At least if we were winning. But no. At least if they were playing remotely well. No, not even. (Except for Calderon). Even in games where one guy is awful. It doesnt change.
