Actually, he was an incredible weakside shot-blocker. Watch his road game against Clemson when he was challenging everything at the rim.

I have been a duke fan for about 10 plus years. an incredible shot blocker? come on he got about 1 a game.

Probably sometime in the next week or so? There are a lot of workouts going on in LA right now, MU and his staff are probably out there.

hope they start sooner rather than later.. life is so boring with only 2 series going on

I think KJ McDaniels will be a great fit in Toronto, he can play SF and if you want a great shot blocker how about 2.7 per game (1 every 11 possessions according the analysts at the combine)

I didn't mean blocking shots literally but challenging shots. If you're a Duke game then you should know he is in fact a very good rim protector given Duke's lack of interior presence. You know how he did against Clemson then

You mention one game. As a duke fan I would have called Shelden Williams a very good tim protector not Parker... he was far from it.

Just wanted to point out how fluid this draft is.

-Top 3 is still up in the air between Wiggins,Parker and Embiid
Exum likely 4th
I've seen mocks with Aaron Gordon to Utah at 5 ahead of Randle and Vonleh, no consensus on who's the best of that group
also seen Kyle Anderson as high as 7th to the lakers

He's a sg. Too short for sf. In fact he's shorter than derozan and Ross.

Parker is most definitely an NBA SF. He can play spot minutes at the 4 but he's primarly a 3.

For the first year or two, Parker will look like the better player IMO. Id even bank on him being ROY from now. But Wiggins will be the best down the road.

The infatuation with K.J McDaniels is little confusing. I don't see what's so good about him and he's a NBA SG. He just doesn't have the height or size to guard 3s at the next level.

6-6 is good enough for a SF

Iggy plays small forward and he's 6'6 so I don't understand this whole debate that 6'6 is to small to play the small forward position.

Jarnell Stokes
PF (Tennessee - Junior)
20.3 years old | 6'8" | 263 lbs

2013-14 NCAA (35 GP)
15.0 PPG 10.5 RPG 2.0 APG 27.5 PER.

This guy has leaped into the first round almost. Anybody watch him play in college? He seems a bit undersized and overweight for a power forward tho.

I just hope Masai can grab one of these 2 guys with their 37th pick as our back up C

Sounds like he was impressed by toronto brass in his interview.

Willie isn't even in this years draft and Austin is blind in one eye if I'm correct.

McDaniels does seem a bit light in the same way Ross is. I think Masai wants a guy closer to a 3-4 big wing like Jerami Grant or even someone like Cleanthony Early or Josh Huestis who are closer to a finished product.

Well if he can guard the big sf of the league eg Lebron, Durant etc, is a good playmaker, can shoot the 3 well, can create his own shot, get to the rim, sure.
