Pretty abysmal shooting from the top of the arc - it seems to me there isn't a lot of discipline over three point shot selection this year. Not clear if it's because Kawhi takes them so they've taken the rules away on that, but there are a lot of guys that shouldn't be taking those threes.

Also no areas of above average shooting - we were sharp from the right corner last year.

If someone has some time it would be good to breakdown the player-by-player charts more.

And already 0/3 from those spots tonight.

This is so frustrating...how is our shooting this inconsistent. How did these guys all not shoot like 1000 3s a day in the offseason knowing our offence would be 3 pt heavy.

Another putrid shooting night while our opponents light us up. Masai will have to act.

How can you think this when we have just as many open and wide open looks and someone already posted the numbers.

Masai is still evaluating. Give him some time.

As long as Masai is still evaluating, then yes.

This is one season where he doesn't have time to evaluate. Kawhi is gone if this team doesn't perform.

We're scoring or creating open looks out of isos.

We should be taking fewer 3's.
We get a huge lead, we start taking way too many 3's, the lead evaporates. Happens almost every game.

Just because you are both impatient and want change for change sake, doesn't mean he's "evaluating". He's very likely standing pat until the trade deadline. why pay a higher price to get a small bump now. and he's not making major changes.

I don't know. I think OG has had open looks for most of his 3's. I think everyone is kind of dealing with there own problem.

OG - Dad/missed time / wrist
Delon- Injured
FVV - injured
Lowry - Might be injured/slump
Cj - All mental no confidence
JV- Coming back to normal I think. Probably didn't practice his 3's as much as he did the year before.

Demar? That guy banked most of his assists on kicking out to shooters I think.

There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

How many passes lead up to that open 3?

If its a wide open shot if we only had to make two passes instead of 3 passes to get it, does it matter? Huh?

I never understood why JV pump fakes before shooting the three. The move may work 1 out of 20 times to fool the defender and drive to the basket, but those valuable seconds of pump faking could be used to get more legs in his shot. Shooting coaches need to straighten him out on that.

seems to be just a mass slump teamwide. Watching OG and CJ clank 3 wide open 3 point shots only to see Brogdon hit 2 crucial ones made me jelly...
