It's offseason, would have to think the rules are more lax in the offseason and considering there are parts of US that are completely open, it's not surprising. They'll probably do another round of Covid tests and isolations to start the camp.
I can understand Covid concerns but not sure why there are people who cares how much he spends in a wedding. Those people have way too much time on their hands if they are so worried about what other people do with their own money and he can certainly afford it.
