Adding Dosunmu does not help us in any way. Unless you think we need more bad shooters who also don’t get to the FT line.

I know Dosunmu obviously isn't known to be a shooter but anyone who thinks getting Dosunmu isn't a good idea needs their brain checked.

Dosunmu is practically gaining a top-10 draft pick type of prospect for free. He's got loads of potential and is only 23 yrs old. Had an amazing rookie season. Regressed in his sophomore year but the Bulls were dysfunctional all year. Obviously needs more proper development and playing time

This is a move that can turn out to be a massive Win 3/4 years down the line. If we can get him in a S&T for Thad or something that would be great

Bulls fans online are also saying how much of a mistake it would be to let Dosunmu go. Saying he has all the tools of being a top 10 PG in the league with more development. Calling out the front office if they let him walk

For a team lacking depth in the PG position for the future, this is an obvious fit. Also, adding another young asset to your squad for peanuts shouldn't be debatable

Bulls also feature Alex Caruso, Coby White, Jevon Carter at the guard positions... not to mention Demar/Lavine taking up most of the ball handling.

Raptors need to continue to collect young assets, and if Ayo can be had for around $7-8M a season, that is a pretty good deal. See if we can flip Otto or Flynn back to the Bulls so they can a cheaper piece back instead of losing him for nothing.

That said, I doubt we are going to do anything else until we figure out the Pascal situation.

Exactly.

If we somehow do get him that's a big time win. I know he can at least be a good fast break player and is a good defender, we need him on our team esp with the lack of guards we have.

Just saw they have 21 signed players.....

This is going to be a yearly thing for them with all those picks they have. The worst part is this roster is going to be very expensive very soon.

So, fair to say he's a step up from Flynn?

Even though they are not ready to compete, they need to make a consolidation trade soon. Landing another All-Star to pair with SGA wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.

It feels like some teams like to poach off players who came out of the Raptors development system. Well, hopefully the Raptors can do the same with OKC. Or just try to convince them to take Siakam and take a leap.

That’s their best option. Teams are starting to take advantage of Presti because they know he has picks he can’t use and players he can’t keep.

OKC can literally acquire two superstars at the very leasy to pair with SGA with all the picks and prospects they currently possess.

If Presti handles the supply/demand imbalance in draft capital in a strategic manner, OKC will be fine. The objective is never to max out value every time. Consider the open ended options that team has.

I read a rumour awhile ago that said OKC was hesitant to trade for stars because they wanted to keep the ability to extend their drafted players and avoid luxury tax.

If they were serious about winning you’d think they’d have learned after Harden.

Its kind of a sad that getting a guy like Ayo is getting some of us excited. Our guard depth is putrid and is going to be even worse going into next year, who would have thought -.-

Harden actually seems like a pretty good buy low opportunity atm.

Not with Morey at the helm. He isn't going to just give him away.

Bertans, Gay, Wallace, Poku and picks core for Pascal should be the deal.

Presti can certainly afford it.
