We have just not won enough for him to be pissed off at this point: As a reminder, he is currently on a 'max deal' which he got off the winning/performing under the highest-level of pressure.
Had we gone through good playoff runs each of the last 2 seasons, that new max contract would have been offered and signed already; and he knows it
