It’s important we finish 6th since our pick is top 6 protected. If we finish 6th and none of the teams below us or our team move up in the lottery, then we keep the pick.

Now if we’re 7th and none of the teams below us in the lottery move up we lose our pick. If the teams below us move up we lose our pick. The only way keep our pick is to move up in the lottery which has a lower chance of happening than not. That’s why it was so important that we just tank to stay 6th and below in the lottery

If you all think about it , if we still try to win this year with NN , he will not even play dick or only give him garbage min, and we still end up a play in team. Look at the bright side , we give dick heavy NBA mins since All star break and they have chance to develop him in a right way. He look a totally different player now . I think it is worth it for long term . Better than just get in to play in

We sent Schroder to the Nets for Dinwiddie's expiring to get off Dennis' salary for next year. We waived Dinwiddie to give him a chance to play for a team playing meaningful games, which h's now doing.

It's true. And we'd still get a sub group of this fan base defending that decision.
