Giannis has no help and Bucks are way too old. People say Raptors have no bench but don’t mention the Bucks for some reason; they are the supposed contenders and they have no bench support whatsoever. They are a Giannnis injury away from tanking.

he is one of them ones. Is defense alone is going to put him conversations so if he can be a good play finisher/spacer with little creation juice he is a top 10 player in league potential in 2-3 years.

The lack of hype around Chet was so weird this summer. I think the combination of him already being so good as a rookie, the success of OKC and all other talent they have kind of dulled everyone to how much upside he has. He's like a freakish combo of Gobert and baby Durant.

I agree. Wemby stole his thunder otherwise I think there would be more hype.

Does Giannis end up demanding a trade at the deadline, if this team continues to look this weak?

If he does, he's the next James Harden. Force the team to trade for a player who makes the team worse, then bail once it's obvious the move was a failure while taking no responsibility for blowing the team up.

Bucks might not object to a trade though. The only way to get that team out of the abyss it faces, is trading Giannis for a haul.

I think getting Giannis to sign those extensions not only protected him, but the team also, if Giannis maintains value as a trade asset. Key is him not getting injured.

Darn I turned that game off early. I saw Simmons come in for Claxton at one point, second quarter, and was guarding Giannis which I thought would be an interesting matchup. Did Simmons guard him much of the game, anyone notice?
There goes my hero. Watch him as he goes.

He also may have been the one who pushed them to fire Griffin. They were winning with Griffin, and then Doc came in and it collapsed.

Yeah he's not even shooting that great he hit 3 threes today but he's finding ways to be dominant on both sides

You would think this would probably be easier with all the tech they have available today.
