I appreciate the notion that we're willing to move the pick, RJ and whomever... but it better be for something worthwhile, not some kind of massive gamble. We're just starting to build forward and upward, so it'd be a shame if the team gutted itself for short-term crap which won't get us anywhere (Durant) or a star who is on the downslide (Morant).

Like I said in previous threads. RJ will never be a core piece of a team that wants to actually start winning in earnest.

I have a tough time seeing that we can get anything of quality from a RJ/IQ trade though.

we have suffered too much to get that center.
I aint trading Yak! Anything outside of Giannis cannot really be considered an upgrade over a 24-year-old player doing 20+|5+|5+ with room to grow, including 37-year old KD(just a better fit with that 3 with BI|Scottie|Yak

I don't buy media reports / rumours on the raps. Toronto is one of the most active markets in the world for social media interaction. We literally generate revenue n traction for these pundits. I'll believe it when I see it.

Or just for Edey?

#9 for Edey? I'd rather have Edey them KM, if KM is even still available at #9.

Spurs not willing to offer the #2 Pick, Rockets do not have a starting level C to offer (Sounds like Sengun is off the table and are offering Green instead), Miami prolly offering Wiggins/Ware....

We prolly are offering the highest pick at 9 in the trade, And giving them a good C in Yak and prolly IQ i would imagine....RJ will be used in another move....

We will see if we get KD because forsure alot of the offers are already On the table and Suns just need to pick the one to accept.

Perhaps, but I think Memphis like Edey and his character. They would want Poetl coming back as well to replace Edey

You can take what Windy says as facts....He is connected around the league....He said on Get up the Raptors are shopping these guys along with the 9th pick....I don't think he needs to generate clicks or interaction on a TV show thats american based to talk about Toronto Raptors.

Not sure why the Raptors are after KD when we have Ingram already

This is the correct take, unless it was for someone like Garland who is a straight up upgrade, but I don't see it happening.

We won't. #9 is a weak pick. Malauch is going 6 or 7 at the latest.

I don't think you can trade Poeltl in a win now move without getting a competent C back. It just creates a massive hole that the team spent years trying to fill.

I'll bet that it's some combination of IQ/Barrett/9/future picks that are in play.

There’s definitely some “I’m going to get myself a championship before Ed Rogers runs me out of town” smoke in all of these rumors.

Ughhhhhhhh.

masai is just lurking hoping to get something on the cheap, i dont think he is going to be the market setter. just like ingram when the price was too good to pass up.

What's wrong with that? Don't see why that would be a problem. Both are elite at what they do. Ingram is an elite mid range player, Durant is an elite shot creator and outside shooter.
