Think he maybe the pick....I think they like his shooting mechanics and he is decent at all things....

I like him as a player... Some type of rich mans clowney/ed davis fusion. Would be hoping for a trade back scenario if he's the guy they want

I like him but only if we trade back. He’s a bit low ceiling to me I’d rather CMB.
2019 Eastern Conference All Stars

Derozan
Lowry
Ibaka
Valanciunas
Van Vleet
Delon Wright
Lebron
Embiid

There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

Newell doesn't interest me at all definitely would only make sense as a trade back

Would we be willing to do George + 3 for RJ + Poeltl?

Beringer and Essengue are very similar players. Noa is further ahead in development since he's been shooting the 3. But in the open floor...both are very similar.

Yes, of course because I think that Tre Johnson would be the best player in the trade.

With Jrue upset about being traded to Portland.... Jrue and Ayton for Paul George and Ochai Agbaji?

I think it goes away from us trying to compete. So I doubt it.

Would be a cool trade thought. To be able to get VJ 3rd and then draft whatever big at 9.

It is interesting that Nolan Traore came out to Toronto because he hasn't been in NA for long. He is a pretty singular prospect in this draft with his speed and decision making. For Toronto we just don't have a prospect like him and he has real star upside because he is so advanced as an 18 year-old guard.

I remember VJ Edgecombe saying he was the highest IQ prospect he ever played with. Considered they probably couldn't even communicate with each other in English it is saying his ball skills are special.

I think he struggled a bit with the pro league in Europe but with NBA spacing and his first step, he is a load getting downhill. He runs pick and roll well and is a court mapper.

I found he got stronger as the season went on and the shot came around. He really reminds me of Brandon Jennings but with more pass-first tendencies. He just has that swagger to him and a bit of flash to his game. I know he is a bball IQ guy, but he is a hooper to me and one that is a winner.

Yes, Bobby mentioned something like that during the recent interview on the hello and welcome Pod.

Say what? Honestly I’m getting the notion raps aren’t interested. Hard to see them drafting anybody they didn’t interview.

He called our 2019 chip fraudulent

What a coward! Eff that guy. I hope he fails in the NBA. I guess the worst he'll be is an MLE level bench player. I guess Gary Harris.

Not sure if some combination of RJ + 9 for White works but might actually be worth exploring. White would be the perfect fit to plug into our starting lineup.

I can understand Traore considering Darko loves paint touching guards who open up the floor and create. IQ assisted on only 4 layups for teammates last year.

If they believe he's BPA and obviously will fit a need, they probably take him.

Teams soured on him cuz he started slow in France and didn't shoot it well but prior to this season he was killing it alongside all the top recruits

Raps called him in early before anyone else means they like him

I can atleast see it even if slightly poor man's version

can anyone see possibility for a rich man's version?

He's got really high IQ and aren't his deeper shooting indicators promising?
Thsts my guy in this draft. Idk if Raptors draft him. Or if hes a right fit. But in general im in on him.
