good news, we can get the #1 pick this way

Do we get Peterson or AJ in that scenario

losses like these suck but they're instructive. now that we're closing in the mid-point things are becoming more clear.
imagine how good this team would be if ingram and barnes were the 2nd and 3rd option respectively. i think as much as we talk about getting a bench big or jkw/dick/ochai that change in the starting lineup would be golden. most likely iq/barrett would be the chips on the move.
regarding the bench, i think shead/x/battle/cmb/mamu would be acceptable bench moving forward.
jkw, dick are more in the 10-12th guys and ochai is more 12-15th calibre. most likely dick and ochai are on the move. i think dick will be easier to trade; someone will be enamored of his skillset and the right team could probably make better use of his skillset.
x is the bench 2 guard we need to get. may even be better if we could get a veteran for that spot.
backup big as bad as we are should not really be a huge priority right now. i would even consider trading mamu as he most likely will opt out at the end of the year to get his bag. a playoff bound team would prob give up a frp for him.

Bob Myers literally made one good move in his tenure (drafting Draymond). He then rode Steph's (who he didn't draft) coattails to 3 titles before putting on a master class in asset mismanagement.

This team was always mid coming into the season. Not great not tank-bad. When it got off to a hot start so many on the board was thinking "we're elite!" and I said no. We'll make playoffs but not elite. Young players aren't developing like we hoped which would bring us closer to the top in the East. That's not happened. So we mid. Not good not bad.

This team hasn't played good basketball for at least a month now...ever since RJ went down.

And 1 player going down shouldn't be an excuse because plenty of other teams go through injuries and still compete at a high level

Might be time to lower ticket prices if this is the quality they are putting out.

Worst spot to be in imo....We are basically banking on a franchise altering trade to come along at this point ....Which i don't think will happen....Id rather be the worst team in the league with the hopes of adding an elite player to the franchise via draft....than be a middle of the pack team praying something goes good for us in a trade or hope we beat the odds and draft a franchise player in the late teens/20s of the draft...

Either suck and tank, Already have a player on the team that actually looks like they can be a future face of the league (Vince Carter type when we drafted him), Or at the very least if you are going to put out a good team but not a full out championship team at least be one or two pieces away, Have young talent that look promising, Also put a team that mesh well together on the court (We The North Era)

But to just have a bunch of young guys who show zero promise, a few players up top who are talented but no where near good enough , And often injured or overpaid guys as starters....Such a **** show...

It’s always everyone else, but him. You can see the post here.

Like our young players have no skills they are good at lol

We also draft players that are supposed to be shooing specialists & they can't shoot either.....so there's that.

I don't even think the roster is all that bad, but everyone knows the team needs some big man depth. It also needs at least one reliable veteran bench wing to fill in when injuries occur.

Veterans win in this league. We have all youngsters on the bench and unfortunately they just aren't very good prospects.

With a proper backup 7 footer and 1 decent vet wing, they win this one easily.

Is Bobby secretly sabotaging the team by not addressing the C position since the summer? It’s a glaring need since last year…

Your 3 highest paid players put 0 pressure on the rim with a live dribble and nobody off your bench can shoot 3’s at a competent level. What can you do as a coach?
He's a development coach that hasnt developed **** and he sucks as an in game coach on top of that. What exactly has he provided to this franchise?
