The closeness was actually a point of my argument-which was refuting someones analysis that CV has more talent

Because we all know talent is measured by stats

Hump is an energy player. His potential is to be a solid energy player and first big man off the bench. CV is a MUCH better shooter, ballhandler, and passer than Hump and has the potential to be a starting forward.

lmao I also love how you pulled out stats like AST/TO ratio to help your weak point

Cv is a better shooter huh? You talk about me picking stats to help my point even though tou completly ignore the fact Hump has a higher FG%

Cv is a better ball handler? sure i will take your word for it
a better passer? NO

Alot of fans would think so.

I don't though, I would love CV back, people already forgot about him...

Tmac is still better then Redd, :P

Bonzi is playing well too.

IF hes healthy, bucks win big time.

I still remember buck fans saying they are a better team then the raptors.
blaming last year on injuries.

What are you talking about  Tmac is may be better but he never plays! Bonzi and CV are a wash right now with the chance that CV could develop into more, and the lottery pick could produce another nice piece probably the PG the Rockets so desperately need.

Back when BC got thought he needed a PG his choices were to trade Charlie or give up the first pick - Bargnani, he chose to trade Charlie. So how did he do so far?

Id trade Bargnani for Charlie straight up right now no questions asked.

Because Hump posts up? CV SHOOTS. Cv is a better passer for sure.

You already forgot about him? The kid we all hyped? The kid who made us go crazy after the 48 pt game?

Just my opinion.

Raptor fans need to learn to respect other people's opinion.

Not disrespect Bigtime108 but I'm pretty sure 90% of the people here would take Bargs of CV any day of the week. AT least Drea plays some defense, but what does that matter we just wanna score!!!

all things being equal, i'd offer humphries and bargnani for yi.

realistically though, other than yi and bogut, i'm not too enthralled by the other players when considering their contracts and what the raptors would have to get up to get them.

if the Rockets get offered that deal, they should definitely do it. a lottery pick which will likely be top 10, a lethal shooter in Redd, and someone to play alongside Yao--all Houston would need is a legitimate point guard before becoming a credible threat in the West

If you post it expect it to be ridiculed. What you said to support it made no sense.

I haven't forgotten the game he scored 48...We lost that game didn't we?...and 12 of the next 13 to finish off the season...

NOTE: some people seem to think I think stats are the sole way to judge talent...thats wrong I was just offering up evidence to prove my point...

True that, which makes the Raptorsboard the most hated board and we wonder why.

Me too, thats why I make controversial comments and I love it when Raptor fans argue.

I said bucks are a crappy team last year, they blamed it on injuries, they are eatin crow right now.

I also said:

Raptors will have a better record then the Magic at the end of the season.
Bosh will never be a Superstar.

Personally, I'd trade Hump for Charlie in a cocaine heartbeat. In a round-about way, that's trading Hoffa for TJ.

But I was a big Charlie fan before he was traded, so I'm biased.
