I knew some teams wanted to tank this season but this is ridiculous LOL

Honestly i'm not sold on Masai after this point.

Sure he fleeced the Knicks, but they're the Knicks. I'm sure Colangelo (if he got over his stupid ass stubbornness/love affair) Could do the same thing if he wanted to.

I mean this team is lacking in a lot of places, specifically the coaching. You can't just go in and "evaluate" the season during one of the biggest draft classes of all time.

Either you go for it or you don't.

I mean if he was trying to add talent on to this team and compete, he should of fired Dwayne Casey and at least to some degree he should of made roster moves.

Getting a guy like David Lee for Bargnani would of actually been not that bad, although David Lee is atrocious on D, he'd really help on O.

Firing Casey and hiring an adept coach that has a balanced system should of been the first thing he should of done.

Our team is so athletic and plays turtle pace, and because of said pace, we're in every game. I swear this is the most nonsensical thing ever. Just fire the damn coach and trade our pieces away if you care about long term winning and attendance.

I don't see where we could possibly go here. Let's say in 2 years Rudy expires, Lowry is a foregone conclusion, Demar is in his final or second final year. Now what? We try to lure Free agents , like we haven't done that already?

Or rely on our draft pick which definitely will be in the teens or late lottery?

I don't get it. Either he makes a move to get a coach with a system, then goes out to make some solid basketball trades or we tank.

It's almost been a month now and we see the same old crap. I'm not opposed to competing but this is just ridiculous. By the time he makes moves towards a potential firesale, we'll be in no position to compete in the lottery.

Raptors fan first always, Knicks 2nd. born and raised in Toronto.

Raptors are like the brother you are born with, Knicks are like the brothers you make in high school. Corny I know, but it's really the only way to explain my loyalty.

That's why I enjoy seeing Knicks and Raptors make trades to each other.

Been needing to change my sig but been really lazy. swish hasn't been anywhere near that same player.

Wolf Pac was by far my fave of them all. that's who we should be like.

I sort of feel the same but I will give him benefit of the doubt in that he has somethings lined up for the Dec 15 date (where more opportunities will open up as teams can trade recently signed players), but after that Dec 15 date, the more time he stalls the less hope I have in him getting something done in attaining a high pick in this year's lotto.

This was always a dead giveaway that Masai was not "going for it" this year. You keep Casey and you automatically set up this experimental tanking season that we're seeing play out. The only question is when the dominoes start to fall.
