Almost time for the Beal rumors to start up. He'll probably be waived and stretched soon (Windy-Hoop Collective)

Denver could be an interesting fit if he wants winning.

League sources say Sacramento and Denver remain on course to complete their agreed-to swap of international big men Dario Šarić and Jonas Valančiūnas despite Thursday's revelation via BasketNews.com that Valančiūnas is strongly tempted to end his NBA career and return to Europe.

The Nuggets are trying to convince Valančiūnas to back off on that stance after arranging their trade with the Kings to acquire the rugged Lithuanian center to back up three-time NBA MVP Nikola Jokić.

Valančiūnas can't just walk away from his NBA contract to sign with Greek giants Panathinaikos without the Nuggets surrendering his FIBA Letter of Clearance to sign elsewhere, but it seems unlikely that Denver would force the 33-year-old to stay in the NBA if he is willing to forfeit his $10.4 million NBA salary for next season.

Valančiūnas has a reported three-year offer from Panathinaikos on the table valued at 12 million Euros after playing in the NBA for the past 13 seasons.

The Kings need the trade to go through as originally conceived because replacing Valančiūnas' with Šarić's $5.4 million deal for next season provides critical financial flexibility they need for other planned moves.

Really good offseason from the Orlando. Added Bane, Tyus Jones, Richardson and brought back Wagner without touching their core or young assets.

Boucher would be such a great fit next to Jokic.

Hate this for Washington. I have no doubt Kuminga can put up 20 a night away from Golden State, but I don’t think it translates to winning. Plus he’s going to take away touches from their young guys when they should be prioritizing Tre Johnson, Carington and some of the defensive wings.

They should enter the Al Horford sweepstakes.

If I was then I’d offer a one year deal to Al Horford. He could be a huge difference maker of their bench.

Jokic/Horford
Gordon/Daaron Holmes
Johnson/Brucey B/Strahther
Braun/THJ/Watson
Murray/ Pickett

Only weakness is backup PG but they could still make more moves to shore that up.

They can also use the MLE as a trade exception, so there are lots of options to absorb a salary.

i wouldnt spend the whole mle on horford, rather split it up

get nik richards from suns in trade into mle and use rest of it to sign someone like brogdon.

Magic are looking to save salary by trading Goga or Anthony Black.

Horford will be an asset for any team, but I don't think he (or any other decent, pure C, like Jonas) makes sense for Denver as they'd only be able to play about 10 minutes per game backing up Joker.

I think Denver needs to get a PF/C type that could backup Joker at C for 10 minutes but also play next to him for 10 minutes.

Boucher would work so well.

Can fill in at C for 10 min if Gordon is also on the court for size.

Then can play WITH Jokic when Gordon sits. Plus he is a good cutter and can hit a 3.

Hell, if we could trade Dick for a 1st and take no $ back, he would help the Raps too.

Raptors could use Goga and let him/Mamu battle for the backup C spot. He'd also be a great injury insurance for Poeltl where the team doesnt completely tank the season if he gets hurt.
