Bosh is the one who started it and Shaq is the baby? Bosh didn't say general comments about the officiating like "some of the calls or non-calls out there were pathetic". He specifically said "I thought there was a 3 second rule in the NBA". Shaq has MVP's and multiple titles. You can't question the valildity of his performance unless you've done something of note in the NBA. At least something more than impersonating Shareef Abdur Rahim. If a scrub like Amundson (well atleast a scrub when he's not playing us) questioned one of Bosh's performances because of favourable officiating then Bosh has the right to make fun of Amendson saying "what the hell has this guy done to have the right to question my performance". It's the same thing with Shaq and all the things he's accomplished compared to Bosh.

Have to side on Shaq with this one only because Shaq is on the downside of his career and it's rather tacky for Bosh to minimize the one night where Shaq felt like a superstar again. That's probably the last time Shaq is gonna score over 40 points in a game (at least until they play us again) so let the guy enjoy reliving his past glory without tainting by crying about the refs. Sure he may have been in the paint way too long way too often on Friday but you leave that for Triano to bring up during the game not after it to the media. It's not like the loss means anything to us. We're not making the playoffs and it just gives us more ping pong balls. There's alot of other losses that Bosh should have been frustrated with.

Bosh should know if he questions the performance to the press it's gonna make news because he's an all star so he has to expect to get it back by Shaq in the media twice as hard. He was criticizing the refs for sure, but he was also by extension saying Shaq's 45 was not a legit 45-pt performance. The cheating headline and opening sentence was poor journalism, but nevertheless, he belittled Shaq's performance and he should expect nothing less than Shaq hitting back.

What we all want from the players we support is for them to give credit when the other team gave a good performance, and CB didn't do that. If you want to make a complaint about the officiating, make it through the proper channels.
