I put alot of the blame on Masai for putting us through this ordeal -- creating hope for great things only to self-sabotage it all by not finding some help inside. We all knew it had to be done yet Masai did nothing. Perhaps he was thinking further ahead but even so, the damage this has done to our core players psyche (and us fans!) will be tough to recover from.

Masai probably had an idea this team was overrated but I truly doubt he expected this team to shat the bed like this.

Man Lowry was a garbage. He had 15 points at the end but most came when the difference was already too big to cut in. Just a horrible game in terms of playmaking, offense, defense and leadership in general. Disappointing.

Also Valanciunas lost his balls. Good thing that at least in the second half he found them back but then Casey benched him. So disappointing stuff from him too though not as badly as our main PG.

casey shouldnt feed him at 1st quarter. you feed your big man at 1st quarter. use JV more.

trade derozan for joe johnson and raptors would get a win in playoffs.

j.wall matchup is toughest one for k.lowry. westbrook and wall is nightmare for smaller pg's. just remember okc-lac series. westbrook owned c.paul.
i'm not defending k.lowry but i can understand the situation.

derozan is just loser. 11/29 ? more importantly 3/18 after 1st quarter.. his iso plays doesnt help offensive flow. if referees stop to call easy fouls on derozan he wont be able to score 20ppg in next years...

Some mocks have him sliding too 8-10 range. We really need to target a draft pick in this range. Some good prospects here that can become real good players with good coaching*.

See if the Raptors faced the Bucks, you cant really say that the Referees are shafting the Raptors because they do not have any so called "big names" to give star calls to. Its the playoffs and the Raptors are the only ones being called for so many touch fouls. What happened to the physicality of the playoffs? Oh right, doesent apply to the Raps, they are just "foul" fiends.

We'd lose to the bucks in 5 or 6 tbh... Look at how competitive they are against the Bulls, they are easily playing the peskiest D out of all the playoff teams...

masai thought they were unlucky last year.
now he must make moves. losing 4-2 to wizards wouldnt be effective like that.
masai should've seen this last year but he learned with hard way.


d.casey isnt good but he's not the only problem.
tradind DD for legit pf would be good for start.
if you can get joe johnson kind veteran that would be good to.
tanking or getting draft picks for DD etc is makes sense too.
i dont know toronto's cap space but you can try to acquire enes kanter. his offense is reliable and very efficient. he have post game and midrange and 3pt to create space.
