Gasol is a big loss, but Ibaka isn't, despite his insane shooting hot streak in the bubble.

Yeah, to me Boucher can definitely fill Ibaka's role, but while I don't hate the Baynes and Len signings, to me the only real possibility of filling Gasol's place for the playoffs is OG playing at the 5 and then his minutes at the 3/4 get taken by Davis (if he plays) or maybe Paul Watson (who I'm high on) or more likely we need to trade for another frontcourt player. Stanley + McCaw and a couple of 2nds for PJ Tucker or one second for Nemanja Bjelica is sort of interesting.
My guess is next summer Powell becomes a UFA and leaves for a big offer elsewhere and we strike out on a max guy and bring back Lowry for like 15M and spend most of the remaining 25M on one more player, whether that's an Oladipo and we play smallball, Gobert to give us a traditional center or someone like Drummond, Vucevic, Blake, Horford or Aaron Gordon acquired for very little (or with assets sent to us) who is an intriguing fit due to Siakam and OG being so good on D.

FVV
Norman
OG
Siakiam
C ==> Baynes/Len/Boucher
it is time to have Norman as the Full-time SG (and though it worked last year just fine, I am not looking forward to seeing my starting backcourt at below 6'2 again)
It wasn't a problem because Hayward was injuried
