Some of these guys are more suited to teams with key pieces in place offensively already. Raps need a shot creator at 13.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

Yeah or somebody that can shoot the 3. I think we’ve got more than enough defence on this team. Don’t need to keep loading up on the exact same thing every year.

The Nuggets seem to be doing pretty well for a team that finished 15th in defensive rating.

Would you trade #13 and filler for Maxey?

All day, everyday and sleep real well at night doing it.
If anyone at 13 becomes as good as Maxey is already that is a win.
No way the Sixers do that but to answer your question . . . YES!!

Really like Bailey and would consider him if we don't draft Bufkin. Decent 3pt shooter, good mid range, above average athleticism, decent defence, can get to the line often, flashy passes. The thing I don't like about him is some of his layups are wild or awkward especially when help comes. Would like to see him kick those out.
Nice shot and passing but he does this awkward floater to compensate for lack of speed and athleticism to attack the basket.
The mocks aren’t the way we should weight these prospects.
Amari Bailey should be in play here at 13.

#13 and Flynn, of course.
#13 and Precious.... probably.
#13 and Koloko... 51\49 I would with hesitation but would pull the trigger.

A taller Jerryd Bayless? Bayless was drafted #11 overall. Would rather Bufkin. If I was drafting around 20-30 I'd consider him, but I think he tops out as a backup combo guard.

A, found the comp for Sasser! Terry Rozier! By age 25 could be putting up 20, 4 and 4. Likely a 10+ year career. Rozier was drafted #16 overall and I see Sasser going 15-25. Maybe a team with a large PG like Indiana at #26.
Lakers at #17 is the highest I see him going, then maybe Brooklyn takes him with 21 or 22, to usurp Dinwiddie?

He might be better than a lot of guys taken in front of him. Age is the only thing holding him down. But if we’re trying to re-tool I don’t see why adding a 23 year old is a bad thing. At pick 13 it’s not like we’re going to be chastised for years if he turns out to only be a solid role backup. To me, he seems like the guy with the most sleeper potential to be a 20 ppg guy.
It’s kind of like with Poole. He struggled this year, but if you go back and look at Jordan Poole in college it’s sorta obvious he’d at least be a good 6th man in the NBA. With Sasser there’s a lot of the same. It’s kind of like, what am I missing? Then you see he’s 23 and it’s an “oh I see” moment, but that doesn’t take away from what he should be. He just might drop off faster than other guys. Kind of like Danny Granger did. Before you knew it Danny was 30

Where can we find crunch time stats for prospects, as well as stats versus the best competition, and matchups? That would be ideal.

Only college player I can think of with similar style to Butler is Jalen Pickett but it's not as impactful with a 6'3 combo guard. Still would like him as a depth guard.

Re: 2023 Draft Discussion Part 5
I'd love Sasser as our 6th man off the bench. If we end up moving Fred to Phoenix for Paul and their pick I'd consider it on him or Colby. Sasser looks like he'd make an immediate impact and the numbers all look good

Re: 2023 Draft Discussion Part 5
My genuine opinion on which players look like dogs to me (because I'm only listing one guy that's actually on desired list to draft)
Scoot - we all seen how he was trying to take it to Vic, making big shots all game long and going at Vic's chin
Vic - BUT he was every bit the dog too because he came back like nnnyeeeeah eh?! lol and dusted him with big shots to close them out
George - I just don't see a scared bone in his body *actually 3rd on my list because of that it factor, just plays with a swagger & fearlessness to his game
Sasser - just plays with an intensity & goes at his opponent, always seems ready to compete
Miller - off court stuff aside, he answered the call at most of his big games he was in which says something
I mean I think I see it in my favorite pick too, Coulibaly by the defensive energy he brings and doesn't back down but his role is obviously waaaay too small to be able to say that definitively. So it's a maybe for me but I won't lie I'm just very lured by his physical gifts and raw potential that you can just see he has but I won't derail because this is about who looks like "dogs" & to me those guys standout for me.
