I mean, what is poor Poeltl and Brown jr even doing here at this stage surrounded by players we thought would make up our g-league team?

Bigs are coming back and a lot of playoff / play-in teams could certainly use him. A mid-first round in the next draft for those two to add to this core would be ideal - and help us lose while still developing.

Those teams aren't paying Poeltl and Brown that much money.
And I don't see them hurting the team.

Is our defense alright with Poeltl this season? Clearly not. His DRtg is 117 this season after 3 games, and having Quickley / Barrett back doesn't seem to move up that much in DRtg.

Don’t want to jinx it but today is a great day for the tank. Lots of our rivals winning right now.

Hopefully Scottie's injury is just minor.

We don't need to beat out the Pistons for worse record we just need to hover in the top 5....Anything can happen from there...Id be fine with a top 5 pick as well....Top 4 would be ideal though

Cause some GM thought that Tobias Harris and THJ would carry them to Play-In Champs

Poeltl / Olynyk
Barnes / Mogbo
Flagg / Agbaji
Barrett / Dick / Walter
Quickely / Shead

What's the best case scenario for next season?

I still think you need a stretch C with Flagg and Barnes to space out the floor. Otherwise that core is pretty damn strong to build a contender from.

As long as Davion and Boucher keep getting rotation minutes over Shead and Mogbo, the tank will be fine.

Big FA acquisition Tobias Harris with shooting splits of 34 fg, 17 3pt

Cade's off to a really great start though, 26 PPG on shooting splits of 48/37/80 and Ivey's shooting well so far, but there's not much after that.

1-3 and the tank rolls on.

Next game against Hornets is one of the few we should win in the first 20ish games.
I can still see us losing though with Barnes, IQ, BB out. Hornets have a good young team with a couple of interesting pieces.

We're not going to be worse than the Pistons, Nets, Wizards, Blazers.

There's a chance we can be worse than the Hawks, Bulls, Hornets, Jazz, Spurs. If healthy we could be better than all these teams.

Let's hope the Spurs and Jazz took a leap and Lavine is out to prove the world wrong and it works.

We're most likely going to end up with the 5th to 8th best odds at the #1 pick. Can we get a star in the 5-8 range this year?
