Barnes would compliment DD perfectly. We need his jumpshot!

your amazing, thank you :)

Just imagine there's no stream tonight it'll be sad to miss the amazing display by HB. Dude's statline in 1st half - 5 of 6 shooting, 2 for 2 from downtown, only 1 TO. Damn!

this is my first time watching barnes live, just somethings i noticed in the first half:

- he's very long/ has a fairly wide wingspread
- from what i've seen so far in this game he gets into the paint to fight for the rebound/ boxout
- smooooooooooooth jumper
- seems to drift sometimes, doesn't really demand the ball

hoping to see him take the ball into the paint in the second half

true, HB fits w/ DD more than TJ or PJ w/ DD.

I feel like, with Barnes and DeRozan on the wings, we can afford to have a scoring PG because these two guys are more all-around players, especially in Barnes' case. DeRozan would occupy the scoring role, while Barnes does everything else.

Looks like Barnes' stock is slowly going back up. Hopefully it continues because this draft doesn't look top heavy at the moment.

Sadly he rarely takes it to the paint this year. He's still raw in the dribbling department, right now his shots finally hitting so that's a good start. I can see him improving in all areas in his soph season.

This why I think that a more ball dominant, scoring PG would fit in well with DeMar and Harrison. Both DeRozan and Barnes don't really ask for the ball. They wait for it to come to them. In situations where the team is struggling a bit, who's going to get the team out of it? Here's where I'm thinking that a PG who can score a bit can really come in handy, and play off of the two.[/quote]

True. And I can also see HB taking clutch 3's in late game situation for the raps, he looks like he has the ability to bring us back from deficit.

i like Barnes over T.Jones now. I dont know who id pick between Perry and Barnes though assuming Irving isnt there because hes my 1st choice

Barnes misses a jump shot so he goes to the basket and scores, i love it.

I'd prefer HB over PJ...at least HB has the scoring mentality. PJ is way too soft.
