Miami was eating their soul even with Batum in the lineup.

Imagine if they had Bosh as well.

They've actually been better without Bosh. They were actually in danger of falling out of the playoffs when he was in the lineup.

Joe Johnson and Bosh haven't played much together though right?

I guess it would be,
Bosh
Johnson
Whiteside
Wade
Dragic

vs
Deng
Johnson
Whiteside
Wade
Dragic

Both line-ups are pretty damn good I guess.

Indiana has been regressing this whole series. I expect them to give us there hardest shot in game 4.... But I mean..... We are the 2nd seed for a reason.... They barely made the playoffs  #RapsIn5!

Haha thats wild. I just dont understand how they dont sell out that building when the tickets are so damn cheap there. It just shows you how thriving of a basketball market Toronto is. Its like a breath of fresh air. This kind of support where a large amount of fans go to the opposing building in the playoffs doesn't happen often - maybe for Laker games? But honestly - Its great. I could see in Miami a lot of Raptors fans being there as well. Hell - I may even do a south beach trip and time it with a few games - that'd be great.

Indianapolis is a great city. It's just not much of a Pacer town. I'm from there and I was never a Pacer fan. They're an afterthought in that market. Great college and H.S fans, tons of Nascar and Indy car fans. Took the GOAT QB of the NFL to kind of get people there excited about the Colts. Some places (Atlanta, Charlotte come to mind too) just aren't great pro sports towns and are much more into college sports. Which is totally fine. Places like Toronto are completely the opposite. People say Toronto is a hockey town but
that's rubbish, it's a Leafs town. No one cares about the numerous minor hockey teams in the area, many of which are actually successful.

I predicted Raps in 6 pre-series and I still think that's likely. Pacers were hot garbage last night - they won't play that poorly again. George was ice cold from outside - he's likely got at least 1 more hot shooting night in him. Vogel likely adjusts and tries going small - they can't get any rebounds with Mahinimi and Lavoy Allen on the floor anyway - why bother even playing them? He'll cut their minutes back or out and try some small ball lineups.

Demar was marginally better than in Gm 1 and 2 - but he was still bad. He and Scola were our two worst players by a mile actually - DD should have been benched for the 4th again to be honest. George is in his head - I don't see where DD is going to be a positive factor in this series.

Pacers are going to drive the ball right at JV as much as they can with smaller guys - see if they can't get him in foul trouble. This thing is much more competitive when JV is off the floor - if they can force JV to the bench they'll be right in it. I expect a big effort from the them in Game 4. I hope we win anyway - but I'm not in panic mode if they get a game on their court.

Yeah - definitely not ripping Indy. I was there about 3 summers back and got a chance to go to the BMW Championship to watch Rory and Tiger paired up together - it was a Friday and the gallery was insane. Indy definitely seems like more of a college sports town which is what makes it unique. Also - we have seen the Pacers have great crowds in the past - such as when they were an East contender in the 00s as well as with Reggie Miller - so this city does love their basketball. Maybe there just isn't as much hype given their seeding?

I can see Indy winning one more, they're going to play the next game as if their lives are on the line while its only natural the raptors ease up a bit after blowing them out on their homecoming.
I hope I'm wrong though.

Too much talking about the Heat. We've got 2 more wins to get first.

I don't think the Raptors are going to ease up. I think they smell blood in the water.

Seriously lol. A blowout win and people are complaining about derozans comments and norms minutes wtf

Why do I have a feeling most people here are just looking at the stats.

I get the feeling these are the fans that were happy during that early 2014 season when the Raps were winning a lot despite having problems with their play.

It's a combination of things of why I think Indy will take one.
I still firmly believe they can take a game because there will be one game where CJ Miles will channel his inner Ray Allen/Steph Curry, the Indy crowd will be a bit noisy and I feel Hill may have a big game. But I hope I'm wrong. What's awesome is that we're still playing pretty poorly offensively due to some good strategies from Vogel but also missing a lot of open shots.
I hope the Raptors are still locked in this series because its far from over.

Hey now, don't get all into criticizing our silliness attribute. We take pride in creativity, negativity, positivity, outrageousness, logicality, illogicality, verticality and physicality, but no less important than the above comes silliness.

I think when/if this happens where CJ Miles gets hot and Jordan Hill contributes at some level - it will be a close game still and will come down to execution in the last quarter. Our defense is very solid right now - to the point where they can hit some shots - but where they still won't be able to get good looks at the basket down low - and where they'll literally have to shoot 3s/long 2s all evening to pull away. I think Game 4 will be tight - but I think we can manage it.

Watched the 4th of the Pacers feed and I already like the Pacers colour commentator already. In the 1st Quarter, he basically called out his own Pacer team to stop whining to the Refs and play basketball. In the 4th Quarter their was this string of phantom calls against the Raptors. And he goes, "the refereeing has been uh interesting" and started to chuckle. Then they showed the replay of when Turner tried to dunk it on Jonas and Jonas got called for the foul. Jonas did not touch him, Turner blew the dunk. The guy started to laugh and said "pretty interesting call".

Commentators tend to be biased about Ref Calls, ask Matt Devlin. But even theirs could not defend the Pacers complaining about lack of calls.

Yeah, i liked the dude a lot too, wasn't just talking about what's happening on the court at the moment, but was making some good points about both teams and the game in general
