Gradey going to prove people wrong, He gets way too much hate on here!

It’s kind of warranted. He’s statistically one of the worst players in the league

Battle has shown a lot of improvements from last season

Chomche is still too soft

Mogbo, Lawson and Shead are too good for SL

JKW hasn't shown much growth in the offseason

CMB needs better conditioning

Chucky will dominate the G League

Chomche’s awareness/BBIQ seems so much higher now. He’s clearly put the work in.

Defense has been what's given the Raptors the lead and maintaining it. Offense has been rough though. Drives to nowhere and some slopping passing, mixed in with a few nice moments of ball movement.

great 2nd quarter. can see the overall impact that chomche brings that isn't all captured in a box score

This is accurate. Funny how everyone kept saying Walter looks above the competition. Don’t see it at all. Also so far boyles looks just okay… defense is there but he looks like a defensive role player right now who has no offensive role outside of pick and roll dunks.

What is cmbs skillset though? Again defense looks great and active but what is he doing offensively. Guys need to not be a liability on offense.

Lmao these overreactions are hilarious. Go watch all the other debuts from top rookies, everyone shat the bed.

I asked a question. I said what is his skillset? Answer that question first instead of hysterics about overreactions.

you are on a forum that has dissected his game for weeks along with a ton of youtube videos. dont ask a question like that without putting in the work. watch the videos and you will get your answer.

The good news is, there is still almost 3 months until training camp starts so still lots of time for guys to get reps in, work on weaknesses, etc...

If CMB brings this energy to the regular season... He is going to absolutely rack up the fouls lol

No it’s because you literally can use that quote for everyone. Once he gets a three pointer it’s over… we drafted a guy that was supposed to be a shooter and he’s been underwhelming as a shooter in two years. But we’re here acting like any random player who can’t shoot can just develop a 3. Barnes has been apparently working on his 3 since a rookie and had a historically awful shooting year last year despite having free rein to jack em up.
