My damn phone battery died and I missed most of the action in real time. Looking back, I like this young man Poeltl. He carries and presents himself well, and the highlights, limited though they are, show a player who can grow into a versatile and dangerous tandem with VAL. It just opens possibilities for us at a strength position, and there's less pressure for him to go in right away and try to do more than he ought to. I like the bite and speed in his game. Assertive, aggressive, and can finish in a variety of ways.

Can't say anything about our 27th pick as I've never heard of him and need to go look him up. Total Masai move, though, right out of the blue.

LOL Wilbon still crying over Rose leaving. The truth is Rose is an upgrade on Calderon, but not a big one. He's completely washed up and the knicks are not a playoff team without another huge acquistion.

I think/hope the was sarcasm. Delon is clearly a good player, Masai was right on that one, crazy how people are so quick to jump when Masai has done a great job in the past.

Delon is great, he is buried behind Cojo and Lowry but he is damn solid.

Where are all these Delon is great comments coming from? Casey wouldn't even risk playing him at all, he'd rather ride Lowry and Cory into the ground.

He's done absolutely nothing at the NBA level, yet he's great?

I mean I sure hope he is, but right now he definitely isn't.

He produced when he played. Go look at his numbers.

I **** hope not, this draft is weak...

Actually, this draft has been pretty strong on OK players.

The second round is strong, but asking price is too much. Portland just bought the 47th pick for 1.2 m and future second round pick.

Grizzles got Baldwin and Davis and only had the 17th pick in the draft. They won this draft by a mile!

I love the Poeltl pick, but I can't lie that I have no idea who Pascal Siakim is. I'm gonna give him a chance though. Will look up Youtube videos of him soon.

Hello darkness, my old friend
I've come to talk with you again
Because a vision softly creeping
Left its seeds while I was sleeping
And the vision that was planted in my brain
Still remains
Within the sound of silence

In restless dreams I walked alone
Narrow streets of cobblestone
‘Neath the halo of a streetlamp
I turned my collar to the cold and damp
When my eyes were stabbed by the flash of a neon light
That split the night
And touched the sound of silence

And in the naked light I saw
Ten thousand people, maybe more
People talking without speaking
People hearing without listening
People writing songs that voices never share
No one dare
Disturb the sound of silence

“Fools” said I, “You do not know
Silence like a cancer grows
Hear my words that I might teach you
Take my arms that I might reach you”
But my words like silent raindrops fell
And echoed in the wells of silence

And the people bowed and prayed
To the neon god they made
And the sign flashed out its warning
In the words that it was forming
And the sign said “The words of the prophets
Are written on subway walls
And tenement halls
And whispered in the sounds of silence”

End of the year games are next to meaningless, when it mattered he never played.

Won't be a lottery pick. if they keep making the playoffs it turns into two 2nd round picks.

I agree that he mightve been a guy Masai scooped up at 27, but not sure him being taken at 26 threw the Raptors off. Most mock drafts had him late lottery to early-20's.

No I think Masai got the guy he wanted at 27 sadly.
