Also...give credit when it was due..
Teletovic
Anderson was going HAM in the 4th..
and Johnson..
my god Johnson...
he was making the most insane shots...
Did anyone notice he started taking over as soon as the "Brooklyn sucks, Brooklynnn" chants started?
I think that set him off.

Just one more win until the second round!!!!

Wow, what a crazy game.

The positives
- Lowry in God-mode. That was just an incredible performance.
- DeRozan played very well and aggressive all game when we needed points, getting to the line. Yes, he had a hard time stopping Johnson, but I think that's more a team recognition problem than his fault. He can't guard him one-on-one. That happens in certain match ups, the Raps either needed to switch the assignments, or start bringing doubles from different places.
- Val's offensive game is getting better and better all the time. I love that little turn-to-the-off-shoulder jump shot he hit twice from the left block.
- Vasquez can basically go around the whole arena doing the Sam Cassell dance if we pull out this series. The guy has no fear.

The negatives
- That was one of the worst games I've even seen 2Pat play. It didn't look like he knew what he was doing on offence or defence for most of the time he was one the floor. Not sure what happened to that guy tonight.
- When Johnson was killing us in the 3rd, yet we still had a 20 point lead, Casey needed to do at least one of the 3 following things: 1) try Fields on him instead of Salmons, 2) bring a bunch of double-teams from different places, 3) keep running iso plays for DeRozan against him to draw more fouls.
- Why the hell did Val only play 25 minutes?
- Amir's injury must really be affecting his mobility. I just can't imagine a healthy Amir closing out as recklessly on guys like that without even seeming to attempt to get out of the way. He just must not be able to.

Up to 26 with 16 minutes left in the game and up 15 with 4 minutes to go

Both teams were on the verge of an epic collapse. This series has truly been odd

We hardly double teamed him today. Not sure why? Also, Teletovic and Anderson with so many open 3s (or 4s). Not sure what happened to the defensive rotations in 4th Q. Casey also called just 2 timeouts during the 22 point run

Patterson Hayes and Salmon and Patterson. I'm pretty sure he had PPat, Hayes and Salmons for at least a minute in the game. That's asking for 3-5 on offence. And realistically 3-5 in basketball generally.

Casey said hes upset with the team. Basically hinted he did not have kind things to say to the team.

People can hate on Casey all they want, but the man can coach and his rotation is why we won last game and this game .... Casey is not the problem, this team is young and they make stupid mistakes when they are ahead, sometimes it's better to play from behind .... The only negative thing about Casey coaching is having Demar guard the best offensive player Nets have and expect the guy to give you 100% on the offensive end... Play little bit field , little bit of Salmon on JJ...

No, He was lighting up Demar. Fish did a fantastic job again on JJ. He blows by demar 7 times. Does it to fish once or twice and suddenly it's a comparable situation? WTF you people watching?

PatPat turned down a couple open threes down the stretch too. PP was pretty bad tonight. Is Fields still hurt? I can't fathom why Casey would play Salmons after the LF on JJ worked really well earlier in the series.

The great news is that we pulled through. I also think we should be grateful for the wake-up call. It's a great lesson to have learned going in to Brooklyn.
