Lol the amount of homerism towards a garbage can player like Og is hilarious. Don’t backtrack when he **** the bed this season.

Uh huh. You can quote me all you like. OG is a solid rotation player with the ability to be an above average starter.

Say what you want, anyone who thinks OG will turn into anything more than a 3+D type of player is a homer.

Yes. Because no player gets better after his second year.

That aside, I'll take all the 3 and D guys I can get.

Gasol is looking pretty good, but I guess that is expected after a long play-off season. It's nice too see his mid-range shots drop in the pick and pop.

Brissett wasn't bad.

(Non-Raps) - Nembhard looks like a stud so far. Also Pangos, Wiltjer and the Scrubbs are savvy. I could see these guys with roles in the NBA, but they are also tailor fit for international play. These kind of tournaments are awesome for those caliber of players as they get to show their talents to the North American audience. I hope this Canada team does well.

OG will be a better version of Kawhi this season.

The good thing is that his release is quick. The bad thing is that his release point isn’t very high — it’s kind of out in front of his face.

I watched the whole run, HIs defence looked kinda bad. John Lucas the third was blowing by him....its still early but hope his defense is good (JJ Reddick has similar body but his defense isnt bad)

JJ’s defense the past few seasons has been terrible. One of the worst DBPMs in the league.

I was using JJ as an example because he's the type of person you expect to have horrible defence. His defence isn't great by any means but it's better than people expect. You can get by with his level of defence in the NBA (He is a starter in the nba) if you can be a knock down shooter Which Matt Thomas is should be aiming for.

Is matt thomas ever gonna be ron artest? no but if he can get to JJ reddick level (which is not great) but is serviceable, i will be happy

I've been saying this quite a while now but I still believe it's true:

OG's ceiling = Otto Porter
OG's floor = Joey Graham

its pick up ball basketball and most likely offense is #1 thing thats being worked on. team defense isn't the priority + no one is really giving it their all on defense.
