Leafs gonna take that 1st round championship and go home lmao. To be fair, they've outplayed Florida both games but got goalied badly by Bob. Thats hockey for ya. One year you have an 8th seed sweeping the presidents cup winning team, and the next you have a 17th place team winning 5 games in a row against Boston and Toronto combined. Goes so show you that the better team does NOT always win.

These last two games it seemed like the Leafs beat themselves as much as the Panthers beat them. So many dumb mistakes and unlucky plays as well as the Leafs having plenty of great chances to score and not putting the puck in the net. If there's a silver lining to these losses its that the Panthers look beatable and are giving the Leafs plenty of chances to beat them unlike Tampa where they really suffocated the Leafs and gave them relative few good scoring opportunities and outplayed them for large portions of games.

Also lets hope Knies isn't seriously injured and can come back for the next game. Bennett gave him a pretty good forearm punch to the face before pushing him to the ice.

It seems like road teams are doing well in these playoffs in the NBA as well. Home teams under more pressure these days? Is it a social media thing?
