Let me clear now, the top 3 worst teams, with best odds finished the draft #4, #5, #6... these teams were tripping over themselves to out tank everyone

To be clear those teams finished at their highest or second highest pick based on probability. While we finished at our third highest probability position. The randomness is exactly why you want to go full tank vs a half measure. You also ignore the fact that Philadelphia jumped up 2 spots from #5 to #3. If we had finished bottom 5 we could have landed anywhere from 3-7 which is better than 9th.

The difference between 6 and 9 is minimal. And tanking no longer guarantees a top 5 pick. There is no point gutting your team and product with the current odds:
