Shaq dubs Bosh the 'RuPaul' of Big Men

Just thnking about this some more....

Shaq just wants respect. He hates that he won in LA, but people said it was because of Kobe. He wins in Miami, but people say it's because of Wade.

In the last year, if he had a good game, it would be because of Nash or the space created by Amare.

So now Amare and Nash are out, Shaq dominates old school style, and.....and this is important...he hears from a reporter that Bosh said it was because Shaq was camped out in the lane. We saw Bosh do his usual blame on the ref. What Shaq heard was another young punk in the NBA trying to make an excuse for Shaq dominating.

If a reporter said to Shaq, "Chris Bosh said you still have it and you're still dominant", Shaq would probably compliment Bosh. Probably say, "that's a good kid and he's a star in this league."

He just wants respect. And he deserves it. Also, while D12 doesn't talk trash about Shaq, he's taken one of Shaq's nicknames. You can't do that. There's only one superman. And Shaq vs D12....not even close.

Question is, how the hell did Shaq come to know abt RuPaul and how did he manage to make that comparison unless he knows RuPaul personally...

Why would he have to know RuPaul personally to make that comment? Everyone over the age of 20 should know who he is. I know who he is and I don't know him/her/it personally.

Most of you guys who are busting a gut and saying ZOMG SHAQ SOOO FUNNY are missing the point. This team is in the dumps and the last thing we needed is another reason for us to be considered the joke of the league. I don't know about you, but it annoys me.

Why you making this personal? I'm merely stating my opinion, if you don't agree that this incident will further our franchise reputation as being considered a joke please explain. What positives for our franchise can come of this?

Sensitive posters here. What Shaq said was hilarious. He's always been outspoken and isn't afraid to egg on opponents. It's absolutely silly to cry over his comments when it's our abysmal performance that's the real cause of the Raptors being the butt of every joke in the league. Get a grip on reality.

I think Shaq's comments hurt us more than Orlando's. As we know, winning solves everything. D12 doesn't need to speak out against Shaq. His team is better.

But this IS another of many things to add to the reputation of this team as being soft and wimpy. And it's not enough to just say "but we are". Shaq dissed our main guy, Bosh. Total disrespect for a fellow all-star.

And sure he's called out other stars. But while the RuPaul crack can suggest Bosh is a "fraud", for most it just suggests he's calling Bosh a chick.

And to clarify, I don't take out of this...."Shaq is stupid and should shut up".

My attitude is that I want CB to wake the F up, and realize his peers are not impressed that he puts up 20PPG and 9 RPG and he's get to the free throw line. This is how it was with VC, too. A guy who could put up stats, but didn't have the game or makeup to be considered one of the elite. Mostly because there's a whole half of the game played on the defensive end. CB needs to learn there's more.

Also, the biggest part of the comment wasn't about the RuPaul crack. It was Shaq pointing out to everyone that he saw Bosh give up. Quit. Not cool.
