We need to be going inside to Val every possession until they double or he kicks it out. Stop double teaming their team, we need to stop doubling every team until we become a better defensive team. If we were closing out on those shooters better I wouldn't have a problem. Just play man on man and let that guy score on our our post defender. Why isn't Casey using a variety of different defensive sets? for a coach known for his defense, he needs to implement it, go zone at times and then man to man but just don't double.

True, Alonzo got dunked on all the time and he was a great shotblocker. Always thought it was embarrassing someone as big/strong/athletic as Shaq never contested dunks like he could have.

It was all so he could say he's only been dunked on once, or twice (I forget which he says). As I said in another thread, Shaq was ruled by his ego.
