Jonas sets a screen, Rudy goes too wide, JV just can't stop himself from resetting. If JV just stayed put all the blame goes to Rudy, or Rudy gets where he wants to without the screen.

2 times/game is actually an improvement.

Has Rudy registered at least 1 air ball in every game this year?

Raptors has brick bros and coach Casey

Cheers.

We need to be going inside to Val every possession until they double or he kicks it out. Stop double teaming their team, we need to stop doubling every team until we become a better defensive team. If we were closing out on those shooters better I wouldn't have a problem. Just play man on man and let that guy score on our our post defender. Why isn't Casey using a variety of different defensive sets? for a coach known for his defense, he needs to implement it, go zone at times and then man to man but just don't double.

Rudy Gay's garbage was falling in the 1st half or we'd be down 25

Portland's commentators are pretty terrible. They only bitch and moan about everything.

It's fine, all good/great shot blockers get crowned. As long as he doesn't run away like Shaq did.

True, Alonzo got dunked on all the time and he was a great shotblocker. Always thought it was embarrassing someone as big/strong/athletic as Shaq never contested dunks like he could have.

It was all so he could say he's only been dunked on once, or twice (I forget which he says). As I said in another thread, Shaq was ruled by his ego.

The defense of our bigs tonight has been excellent, too bad the wings couldn't defend their own shadow

Are the Raps even coached?
Whenever I happen to catch a Raps game their offense looks like a free-for-all.

Also, lol, I just noticed the two head coaches facing each other were Carlisle's assistants back in 2011.

I think you should apologize to the poster.

Nobody in the NBA believes that Mattheus is better than DD nor Batum is better than Gay nor Lopez is better than Val, nobody. except some "Raptors"tankers-fan and possibly some Blazers fan..
