DeRozan looks like garbage. His 3 point shooting has regressed if that’s at all possible. Glad we traded him so we can build around our real core now.

glad deozan isn't our problem anymore. Again, class act, but his style of play is in the wrong era.

Spurs fanbase are turning on him hard.

DeMar and Murray for Fournier and Gordon is a great deal for both parties. Murray is still a young prospect, and Gordon needs a good opportunity to break out.

This looks nice for both teams

What's funny is that I had lunch with Terrence Ross' agent yesterday. We talked about every possible scenario. Toronto never came up.

Nah. Spurs ain’t trading Murray. He’s the exact type person they build with. Bye bye DeRo

Less than 2 weeks until Kawhi returns to Toronto. It'll be interesting to see how our crowd reacts

I'm sure some will boo but nothing close to Kyrie or AD's returns tonight. I hope we give him a standing ovation

I think it depends on how the casuals percieve him. If they think he's a generation talent the boos will most likely come out. If they understand he's simply a really good player who was a primary cog in the last year's run they would give him an ovation. So far this season he has been playing like the latter.

And to think, we still have DD defenders on this board. At this point, DD couldn't even help the Raps 905 team -- well maybe as a mean towel waver.
I acknowledge and thank the lək̓ʷəŋən peoples of the Songhees, Esquimalt and W̱SÁNEĆ First Nations for allowing me to live, work and play on their unceded traditional territories.

All this talk about Derozan's loyalty before he left, when we should be talking about Toronto's absurd loyalty towards him. Spurs fanbase can't even take 1.5 season of his antique play style before calling for a trade but we endured 7 years.

Demar was still pretty fun to watch at times.

9. Similarly, IF THOU HAST SPENT the entire offseason predicting that thy team will stink, thou shalt not gloat, nor even be happy, shouldst thou turn out to be correct. Realistic analysis is fine, but be a fan first, a smug smarty-pants second.

Some in the Bucks organization think Brogdon was protecting himself through the playoffs last spring, to maintain his his free agency value. Whether that's true or not, reading it finally helped me come to terms with the Kawhi thing. He sure the F didn't protect himself. He laid it all out so the Raptors could win. While clearly running (actually limping) on fumes for Games 5 and 6 of the Finals, he kept at it. Kept rebounding. Kept helping us to win.

I'll cheer.
