Top 12 is good enough with out scouting. Could still get a Keegan Murray. Could he be Glen Robinson with defense?

Tankathon has him at 13, and we still have the option with Tari Eason.
And if we prefer SF, Jokic, Ingram, Wesley and more are down below. All these are Freshman (19 - 20 when drafted).

Murray is an old sophomore that didn't play much last year with Luka Garza and Wieskamp scoring. The schedule got tougher with conference play and he's still putting up 21ppg recently and in the last 4 games putting up 10 rpg, and at least 1 stl and 2 blks in each contest.

He's a SR 6'5 SG, which are a dime a dozen. Might be good value at the beginning of the 2nd round. He could be like a Josh Hart level prospect. Where the Raptors are picking would like a higher ceiling. He doesn't have the consistent results from deep like Banes did, nor the experience running an offense to be a secondary ball handler. His roll could me like a Ben McLemore.

He is older but he's less the year older then keagan which is interesting. He also has a confirmed 6;10 wingspan and has the ability to cover 1-3 and maybe with ease.

Every year guys like him drop the second round because they are older and then end up being so much better then the 15 picks ahead of them I'm not saying he's top 15 but anything after that im looking at him. He doesn't need to be a playmaker at all his job with this team is too hit shots when called upon and he does that very high volume. The ft is a concern though but 47 percent from three is ridiculously good. Guys like Bane Ayo make teams picking in the teens look stupid because those teams believe a ceiling is capped by a certain age which it is not

Ell Curry wrote:Caleb Houstan starting to look okay. He's a great fit off the bench for us as a long shooter, but can't see him going in the 15-22 range we'll presumably be picking. But I can still see him coming out even to be a 2nd rounder because he might have been so set on it before the year. If we trade down to get Memphis' 2 late firsts or Orlando or Cleveland's 2 very high 2nds or OKC's last pick of the 1st round and high 2nd, or some deadline deal happens (Dragic and our 1st for Gary Harris and Orlando's 31st pick, say) then maybe he's an option again.

Diabate is still the more exciting prospect though. He's raw but great activity level and body and flashes of skill and might fill out enough to play center.

Maybe he stays at Michigan for his 2nd year like Franz Wagner did.

With his ability to shoot, I think he will be a first round pick, so I am not sure he wants to go back to school, hopefully he makes the best decision for his career.

Didn't really watch him before, I think he was limited to a 3 point shooter from what I watched, but seems to have a mid-range game.
His finishing at the rim seems to be in the work, but his height and wingspan shouldn't limit him.
Got a bit of a handle, and wish to see him show more on his decision making.

I think his shootings overrated tbh even in this video, missed lots of wide open or easy shots. The gameplan for the other team was to make Caleb beat them

No handle, not fast, no inside game. His shot form isnt the best either, not a quick release. You gotta be a lights out shooter if you lack in all those other areas and he's not

I think he only missed 1 wide open 3s, the other ones that he missed were at the rim, which I mentioned he needs work on his finishing.

As for him having other game, definitely want to see him expand his game more. And his TS% is below peer, but he could be a safe pick as a 3&D when you compare him to any low 1st.

He played 14 games against non conference opponents that would have went down if he played a full season. That's what's so impressive to me he's doing this against good comp Texas tech is one.of the best defensive.teams in college.

I know this isn't your point but I want Nesmith for Flynn to happen. I think he's in a bad situation and Flynn at least will try to pass unlike the too selfish Pritchard, so he might actually help the Celtics, who seem to prefer Langford anyways and have Smart, Richardson and Grant Williams as 2-4 types around Tatum and Brown.

Anyone seen much of Sochan? 6th in WS per minute in the Big 12, 18 and hitting the 3 well. Baylor struggled in the games without him. Looks like Batum to me but that's probably my brain seeing a stocky light-skinned Euro forward. Weirdly bad FT shooter.
