I can’t get excited about a wing player (Leonard) that can’t do the two most important things on the offensive side of the ball from a basic triple threat position. He won’t get a sniff of the court, even if we assume he’d perform better than average on the defensive side of the ball. And even that is a huge stretch given he’s a skinny rookie playing against well developed men. I’m sure he’ll make a fine import in a foreign league though.

We got our wing in this draft courtesy of the Miami pick; lets wait to see how that pans out for a full year. As much as I question the value of von Bismark Biyombo, I’d rather fail on a project big than a project wing.

This place is insufferable.

I'm pretty sure he's saying that we take Biyombo just watch.

Knight looks a little skinny, but impressive. A backcourt with him and DeMar would be very long and would likely be able to carry the bulk of our scoring. Love the defensive potential as well. How good of a playmaker he can become will determine just how good he can be--certainly a high upside guy, and not unlike guys like Bayless, Westbrook, and Holiday when they were drafted (of course each a little different, but had similar concerns coming into the league). Would definitely be ok with picking him or Kemba (although I do lean more towards picking one of the C's).

His shot is so slow, he's gonna have to quicken that release a bit. Looks kinda slow in general too. Those are red flags.

Seems more like a SG to me than a PG. I'm not sure he can create enough to be the PG we need.

I'm on the Brandon Knight at 5, pick up a pick between 8-12 and take Val/Biyombo bandwagon.

That would be very, very, very ideal imo.

Knight/Bayless
DeMar/Barbosa
J.Johnson/Kleiza
Davis/Amir
Biyombo/(backup C from Jose trade?)

probably another rough year and then a shot at Gilchrist/Miller/Barnes/P.Jones/A.Thomas

For a kid who has been criticized for being a bit introverted and lacking vocal leadership skills, he certainly looks like he's coming out of his shell.

Very impressive interview.
