Sorry, but I'm really tired and pissed off at the waiting game. Masai messed up by not dumping Gay before the start of the season.

I don't understand this attitude, if anything Gay is helping the tank. If he wasn't on this team it's more then likely the Raps would have a better record then they do now.

Yeah, I don't get it either.

6-12 is leaps and bounds better than 4-19.

The Rudy Gay era is working well for us

I seen the light tonight ...THIS TEAM SUCKS.
And its not like the Nets who can turn it around , this team has no hope. I will no longer oppose any tanking ideas. Welcome me home guys !

Dump Lowry for Heinrich and Teague and a draft pick.
Gay for Pierce.....just take him>

Please do this tomorrow.

Harry Palmer wrote:This whole evaluation period/raising value thing is such bunkum.

Take the value of the team at the beginning of the year, call it value X.

Take whatever we gain in trade value between the start and whenever we decide to blow it up. Call that value Y.

Then on the day of the lottery, try and trade Y for the difference in lottery balls all meaningless wins cost us while evaluating/ raising value. Will anyone in the league give us enough to move up from say 8th to 3rd for Y? Or even to 5th?

Of course not. X's greatest value is our lottery pick, and we're pissing it away because of a Y that wouldn't help move the needle a notch. Just dumb.

That's why I don't think it's actually evaluating. It's more so out of respect to the players/coaching staff/holdover from previous regime. Just a bad idea imo, but luckily it hasn't hurt us too much. This recent stretch of games has been a god send.

There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

I've never been so glad that Colangelo was so awful at building basketball teams.

Yeah and if BC was here the team would be even worse, we would likely have some piece of crap signing instead of Psycho to start

9-24 by January 7 should be the goal and its a very realistic one. The schedule softens up considerably after that, so Lowry better not be anywhere near the team by then.

just throwing it out there, kyrie irving is having a terrible season. Even if we do pull off a successful tank it will be a very very very long road ahead.

Cavs fans are killing Kyrie for his effort level/body language/lack of leadership/etc. I think not trying to win WHATSOEVER for his first 2 years may have been a mistake, losing culture wise. Like Kyrie's interview last year where he said "Oh, I'm injured again? With what now?" was a red flag

In our present position it's ok because we don't even have a franchise talent yet. But if we get a Wiggins, Randle, Parker, etc. I don't like the idea of just closing up shop for multiple years and losing more.

Good thing he's well respected. His ineptitude means nothing.

I agree with you. But also dont forget Irving is not someone of high character either. Just becoz he was punched by Waiters doesnt make him a sole victm

What makes this loss even better, is that the Knicks, Celtics and Bucks won their games.
