I think accepting kids out of highschool is a step backwards, but id allow them to go to the G-league, pay them G-league salaries then get drafted by the NBA after a year. that really should make everyone happy.....except college basketball.

I agree, if it was Milwaukee in the finals KD definitely wouldn’t have been traveling for the first couple games

Its the finals...im sure he would have been there regardless of city. Plus im sure he wants to get a close up of the team in preparation for when he comes back

For sure. I rarely listen to the station because hockey is all they talk about 99% of their airtime. I just tuned in to get some glimpses of basketball talk and was able to catch them mentioning poll this morning. The only time you get to hear about basketball is when they switch over to their ESPN syndicates on Sundays.

And the knobs running Bell and Rogers wonder why regular ratings never get higher.

3 simple steps to massively increase ratings:

1. Put it on regular cable every game

2. Put it on the same channel

3. Promote it on talk shows and sports shows

Am I the only one who thinks Steph Curry is just lucky? Look at his early years - an injury prone combo guard, then suddenly he develops a 3 point shot. He's like that short guy you play pick up ball against who just jacks 3s every chance he gets, yet he always gets them in for some reason...

What do you think of these Matchups:

Gasol on Bogut/Looney (whoever they start)
Kawhi on Draymond Green (Stop his playmaking)
Lowry on Iguodala
Green on Thompson
Siakam on Curry

If Thompson starts heating up then switch Kawhi and Green. If Curry heats up switch Kawhi with Siakam.

I like Siakam on Thompson or Curry. The length of siakam and Quickness can cause them problems.

I can't wait for this series to begin. Two teams with elite level basketball IQ going at it. There's going to be some really beautiful basketball being played. Regardless of the outcome, it's just a pure win for basketball fans. But of course, I want to be the bigger winner. Go Raptors!
