Silky smooth handles. Castle is a 3 point shot away from being a perennial all nba guard.

Not sure if he’ll develop one though.

Probably not unless he changes up that form but could atleast be a decent catch and shoot guy

I made this comment in the other thread. Watching Spurs and OKC (and Celtics), I think Raptors' focus on certain body type - extra-long arms and forwards have been misguided. Only SGA and Wemby from those two teams fit the profile of players Raptors would draft. And that in itself is a huge problem. These long armed guys don't happen often, OG Pascal and Barnes are good picks, but we would miss out on guys with just average armlengths like Caruso or Dort or Castle or any of those guys who are amazing players who wins championships.

Mobley out 2-4 weeks with calf strain.

Their best 5 games are easy but maybe this brings some losses that they wouldn't have had.

Hornets x 2, Bulls x2, Pels are their next 5. Then it gets hard with Knicks, Rockets, Spurs, Suns, Nuggets, Pistons.

Lu Dort was undrafted. Caruso was undrafted, and later acquired after proving himself in the NBA. Fred VanVleet wasn't a wingspan player, either. Neither was Jamal Shead. Also, Lu Dort has a +4 wingspan, which is considered big. He doesn't even qualify for your list of examples.

I think pretty much all of OKC's roster are + wingspan players, especially their drafted 'hits' (Wallace, Chet, Williams).

Spurs landing Giannis might be the only thing that can challenge OKC over the next 5 years

It is the CBA that is going to take down OKC. I don’t see them retaining both IH and Dort after this season.

If they hold onto both, their tax payment, $181M according to Spotrac, is larger than they have paid in total tax in their organization’s existence.

And rookies are not replacing the grit and D those 2 provide. They get very soft without those two.

Return to Toronto Raptors
